Definitely a bit hard to put it in for the first time. Especially if you’ve never put in anything bigger than three fingers up there. If you’re a small gal like me I’d suggest going with the x-small.

The size L is small compared to the three I own from different brands. I compared the materials, and it's very thin. It doesn't offer anything new compared to what already exists. There are other brands where the difference in material and quality is noticeable. These seem like cheap Chinese products, like Temu; it's just vibrant colors in a little box, good marketing, and pretty girls promoting the cup and disc, but that's deceptive.

This thing is the worst purchase I've ever had. I've used menstrual cups before, my favorite being the Flow cup i got from Amazon. In comparison, the Viv cup is terrible. Performance: Uncooperative. It refuses to open up and create a seal no matter how I put it in, or how far I push it in.

I have tried a few other cups and the viv cup is everything I need. The darker color for the staining and the ring to empty is a genius design. I love that it's not too firm. And I bleed pretty heavy so I'll change 3-4 but I can tell when I need to empty the cup. I just wish this was my first cup I ever bought.

This was my first menstrual cup experience and I feel like the viv products gave me the confidence I needed to take a stab at it. My period experience has been completely revolutionized. Idk why I waited so long but wow my body may never see another single use paper product again! This cup is comfy, easy to insert & remove, and totally practical! If you’re considering the cup, get the wash too, & then go watch allll the vids on their IG. Such a game changer!!! You’ll be mad you didn’t try it sooner.

Seriously so mad at myself for menstruating for like 15 years before trying this cup. My period is SO MUCH EASIER. I love that its low waste and it has helped relieve my cramping a ton too.

I had a bit of trouble at first, but that's only cause I've never used a menstrual cup before. After figuring it out and making sure there was a proper seal, it works very well. I love how I can't even feel it. I'm very happy with this.

I have used the cup for two cycles now and the first time I only used it once as it was towards the end of my cycle. This second time was way easier and I felt more comfortable with the removal. At first I was anxious about not being able to remove it; I definitely love the ring, it is so so helpful! Definitely looking forward to no longer needing tampons!

This is the best designed cup, hands down. I switched to reduce waist but fell in love with it. My first one lasted about 3 years before the loop broke off while I was trying to remove it. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement (amazing) but that one only lasted a year before the loop snapped during removal. I LOVE this product but if it doesnt last, that defeats the purpose of why I switched in the first place. I tried a different (more expensive) cup but honestly the design falls short in comparison. I just wish that dang loop would hold up!

My first time using one and im gonna be honest at first it worked so well putting it in wasnt hard or anything taking it out tho hurt so bad but not too bad. But after like 3 days it just stopped working. It would just leak through (i dont think it was the cup itself i probably gotta get used to putting it in correctly) but really great product i couldn’t even feel it!

while, for me, there was a bit of a learning curve to ensure a good seal, I highly recommend trying out the viv cup. pads were my go-to before, but I am so glad I took the chance and tried viv; the cup has not only saved me money but has me forgetting I am on my period, decreasing all the stress and self-consciousness that can come with it.

I’ve been menstruating for over a decade now and have nearly always used pads and in recent years used tampons. The amount of waste always bothered me(and the smell from pads!) as well as the sticky residue some brands of pads ALWAYS ( ;) ) left on my undies. I was nervous and excited to try this cup. I’m 5’4, 110lbs and have a slim figure. I picked the small as I thought the extra small wouldn't be big enough. Well, I think I could’ve ordered the extra small because the small is a littttle too big for me when I fold it and try to fit it in. I reached out to customer support on help with deciding a size and their answer was basically, “try either small or xsmall!” But I would say, go with the x small if you have a petite frame, you can always size up and buy another. Ill be buying an extra small in the future so it’s not big to fold and put in. ANOTHER big thing I found out - IF YOUR CERVIX IS SITTING LOW the cup will be hard to fit in since it’s sitting right there. I switched back to pads the few days my cervix sat low, but other than that I used the cup. ALSO-I LOVE the ring, I won’t ever use a cup without it. SO useful!
