unfortunately it’s very hard to get out no matter what i do. once i get ahold of it, it’s easy. but thats the hard part. the notch NEVER stays towards the opening where i position it to begin with. it somehow always gets turned to the side no matter what i do or which size i wear.

I couldn’t get the disc to sit under my cervix it kept collecting outside the disc. Than it was very hard to take out since my cervix is pretty high up. So to my ladies who have high cervix I wouldn’t recommend. I’m giving 4 stars because it is a good product just not for me.

I hesitated to buy another menstrual disk after I had purchased a Nixit and it just wouldn't stay in place for me. But noticed the sizes were smaller so I thought id give it a go. the smaller of the 2 being significantly smaller than the nixit. So far Im super happy with it and it stayed in place for me no problem with no leaks.

My first disc was the Flex Disc reusable, but their reusable and disposable were both too large and stiff for me. I’ve used the small so far and it works great! I can’t feel it at all and self-emptying works fantastic.

I've never used any internal products so I was a little nervous about this. I got the hang of it pretty quickly because I had seen the demonstrations on live. It was surprisingly comfortable for me and I was relieved at how easy it was to remove. this is definitely going to change periods for me :')

This it’s my first time using this and it was very easy. Theres so many videos salt puts out there and advice and help, they have the best customer service also. I wish i knew about this sooner as it has helped a lot with my bleeding disorder, no more being unable to do much due to my period. Im allergic to tampons and pads and had been suffering using them as i didn’t knit what else to do until i came across a salt advertisement, this has been such a blessing

I'm a first time disc user, so I was a bit hesitant to start with one that doesn't have a loop or string, but I trusted the process and bought the duo pack to see which size is the better fit. Insertion is easy, and once it's in the right position, you can't feel it at all, I also didn't experience any leaks. Unfortunately, the bigger size restricts urinary flow for me, which is a shame, since I found it much easier to remove. So let's talk about the removal. . . it's not a breeze. The removal notch becomes slippery and it tends to rotate, so I don't find it helpful at all. And even though the vacuum is nothing like a cup's suction, there's just enough vacuum to make removal difficult. Overall, I'm happy with the small size, but after months of use, I'm still dreading removal every time.
