Title says it all. I tried cup from different brand before but I experienced different issues. So I ordered the Saalt since it’s firmer and that’s what I needed. It’s a learning curve, it still leaks sometimes but it’s so, like sooooo much more comfortable than pads. I love that I feel clean, I don’t have to change it often and it’s good for environment. And since I've trimmed the stem I don't even feel it (I have low cervix)! Plus Saalt is a lovely brand with all of the activities they do and with their unbeatable customer service. You're the best! Thank you for everything you did for me, you know☺️ If there's somebody who's still hesistant, try it! Nobody can guarantee you that it will work for you. But there're thousands of users who love it, so it's worth the tryiing, isn't it?❤️

I’m a first time user of a menstrual cup and when I first opened the package I was kinda nervous because the cup seems huge! I was like how the heck am I going to fit this inside me!? Lol it took me a max of 15 minutes to figure it out the first time which to me is awesome. I found that using the “Punch Down” fold when inserting it is the easiest! I’m not sure if I keep putting it in wrong because it leaks just a tiny bit. I can tell that the cup opens up too so that’s not the issue. I have also only used it for one cycle so maybe it’s just user error. But I still like it because it’s better for the environment AND I don’t have to change it out as often as a tampon. I’m going to keep using it and just see how it goes.

Insertion was fairly easy! Emptying it was a struggle at first but a great product nonetheless! Might consider getting a small too (the regular size that I bought left me a bit sore). Do the same if you are new to diva cups.

So a friend told me to try this and my life has seriously changed. Doesn't even feel like I'm on my period! I got a small because I haven't had kids and it's plenty. It's not like the disc; you can't have sexual activity with this. There have been no leaks though and it's way less tricky than the disc. I feel so good that I am helping the environment too!

I have tried the Diva cup with mixed success, but am determined to reduce my waste, cramps and expenses with a menstrual cup. Although initially kind of tricky to place and remove (it is less pointy at the bottom than the Diva cup and more difficult to grab), I got better and better at it. This is the first time in 10 years that I have been able to sleep through the night on my heaviest days! On day two, I took it on an 8-mile run without issue. On day 4, I took it on a 20-mile run with just a bit of spotting, which was likely user-error. PROS— • Less cramps • Less waste • Less expense • Can leave in for up to 12 hours (Place in the morning and don't worry about it until you come home from work!) • Comfortable • Very cute brand identity CONS— • Difficult to grab • Would require a private bathroom on the 1st and 2nd day (for me)

I have the small in sea foam green and love the color. I have the mist grey in small and had some minor leaking with running so decided to give this a try. I couldn’t pass up on the green color and love all I can do with my cups. I often forget I’m on my period!

I’m absolutely obsessed with this cup! I had never used one so I wanted to give it a try and wow I’m super impressed. It was awesome not having to waste the money on regular tampon and makes me feel better to not be wasteful. I will probably order the regular size for my heavy days but the small is so comfortable you don’t even feel it. Recommending to all my friends :)

Managed to receive it on time for this cycle though already into the 4th day of my cycle which is the end of my cycle too. Overall is ok just the removing part a lot more challenging than my other cup. Difficulty reaching the tip f the cup, let alone grabbing it. Took a while for me to manage to finally remove it.

I bought this cup because it said it was softer than the diva cup and other similar brands but when I got it I noticed its just as firm as any other cup I've tried. The pressure from a firm cup causes alot of problems for me and I am unhappy with my purchase.

I’ve been using the Saalt menstrual cup and it honestly does exactly what it’s meant to do. Once you get the hang of inserting it, it’s comfortable, stays in place, and I barely notice it’s there. Zero leaks for me, even on heavier days. It’s easy to clean, feels way more convenient than pads or tampons, and I love that it’s reusable. Overall: reliable, comfortable, and worth it. The best part was trying to explain it to my overly curious boyfriend 😅

DO NOT GET THIS! I asked the lady on live the size I should get after measuring and telling her my slow and I got what she recommended… I didn’t even last 30 minutes with out leaking. I bought EVERYTHING. The travel kit, the steamer, and the cup. Never again. I want a refund
