These are a game changer. I literally tell everyone about them. The only disappointment is that they no longer work since giving birth! I haven’t figured out if I need to find a company that makes a larger size or if things are just different down there now. But, if you haven had kids, and even if you have - these are worth a try!

My wife usually has tampons and period underwear for her period, but had a few complaints about both. I decided to surprise her with a box of these, and she was pleasantly surprised with how well they work for her. She loves how she doesn't have to change it multiple times a day even with a heavy flow. She did say that the removal is a little tricky to do without making a mess. But so far, that's her only complaint.

I wanted to like these. I really did. But honestly, they’re a nightmare. I used a pad (thankfully) because I expected SOME leaking. But I leaked so much on my pad as if the flex disc was doing nothing. Removal and insertion is MESSY. I stopped using it halfway through period and had to go back to tampons. It was that bad. 0/10 do not recommend.

I'm mad at myself for not buying Flex earlier... I LOVE it! I have the reusable silicone one. It took me about 10-15 minutes of watching the tutorials and reading the instructions to understand how to insert it properly, but now it's a breeze and I love that it empties when I pee. I usually take it out in the morning and evening in the shower, give it a quick wash and slip it back in. During the day I forget it's even there! Tampons were uncomfortable for me and I hated the waste they created. I especially got freaked out after seeing that tampons contain heavy metals and other toxins. I tell all of my friends how happy I am that I started using Flex disc and I'm never ever going back to tampons!

The flex disc is an absolute game changer! For years I’ve always struggled with my period because of the products like tampons and pads. They were always uncomfortable and seemed to cause more problems than fix them. I was a bit hesitant about the flex disc and how to get it in correctly. It is a bit of a learning curve for the first time, but once you figure it out, it works great! Just be patient, or even have a trusted person to help you out. (My wife helped me get mine in the first time) Regardless, I cannot recommend this product more! You have saved my life, flex disc! Thank you!

After my item not shipping within the 10 day period, I reached out for an update… and received some of the BEST customer service response ever. Very helpful, informative, personable and professional. They explained the issue, took fault for the supply chain issue (too many orders at once and didn’t have enough supply). Explained that they were just as frustrated with the issue as us customers and send a box of disposable discs for free while I wait for my original order to ship. Perfect solution and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service or the product!

For years, I dealt with a low-grade yeast infection, thanks in part to my reliance on tampons during my periods. I moved to a menstrual cup a couple of years back, and while I got relief from the infection, I was forever stressed about the cup fitting just right, leaking, or having to empty it while at work. It was almost more stressful than it was worth. I tried the disc on a whim. I misplaced my cup and had a temporary disc as part of an add-on to an order. I wish I'd done it sooner. It's a game-changer. Leaks are rare, if ever. It's so much easier to insert and remove...and there is almost no discomfort when wearing it. Glad that products are finally catching up to the needs of women. Thank y'all, this is great!

I love the Flex Discs! I've gone from tampons, to the a menstrual cup, to the Flex Disc and I'm never going back! I started my reusable menstrual item journey after having my third child. Honestly, I was tired of buying tampons and pads and worrying about leaking, or forgetting to remove the tampon. I tried a cup first, and it was OK, at best. I decided to try the Flex Disc and whoa, it was a show stopper. Not only could I not feel it after putting it in, I stopped having leaks all together! The cup requires a 'seal' and you need to empty it every so often (even though they claim it's good for up to 12 hours), which can be a hassle if you're in public with no access to a sink or other sanity products, but the Disc? Game changer. It is self-emptying, so anytime you go to the bathroom (not just sitting, I promise it doesn’t leak when you sit), it empties a bit, which is so nice and prolongs the time you can wear it without worrying you're going to have a mess. It's also nice because you can have sex with it in. It doesn't leak during the deed and you can't feel it. My partner has told me he could feel it, but I have tested it where I didn't tell him I was wearing it and he didn't notice so I think it's all in his head. All in all, I hate having periods, but this product just makes it a little bit easier!

I just used this for the first time and it was a decent enough option. Definitely more intimate with your blood than other options but I’m not bothered by it. (You will get blood on your hands) I don’t like tampons and I’m sick of pads. This is an alternative that I will try again. I like it

I am someone who has never used any internal products. Never used a tampon or cup in my life. For over a decade it’s been strictly pads for me. I decided to be brave and try the Flex discs because I am so tired of not being able to comfortably swim or be intimate on my period. And also, as a lifetime pad user even I can admit they get really uncomfortable, really fast. Not to be dramatic, but the Flex discs changed my life. Once it is in you cannot feel it AT ALL, you honestly forget you’re on your period. The process of getting it in and taking it out is easy if you’re comfortable with your body (though I am still trying to find a way to make the removal less messy). I took a break from the disc and put on a pad for a day, and it was awful. The familiar but unpleasant wet and irritating sensation was giving me the ick, and I had awful cramps that were not present at all with the disc in. I will never go back. If you’re nervous to try, please just give it a shot. You won’t regret it. If I can do it, so can you.

Having to readjust by pushing the disc back behind the public bone after using the toilet caused a big mess every time. Also still trying to get placement exactly right because I did have some light to medium leakage with changing positions. Maybe this will suit me best on lighter days but I hope to make it work on the heavy ones too.

Was looking forward to using a flex disc at work since I work outside and bathrooms are very limited. I was getting ready to leave the office when I picked up a tray to load into my vehicle and found out the hard way that lifting heavy objects uses the same muscles you would use to empty flex disc on the toilet. Thankfully I keep extra underwear and tampons in my locker at work for emergencies. I will just be using these for home use. Great product if you don't have to do any heavy lifting.😀

I discovered these 2 years or so ago and honestly they changed my life! Quick story - started my period on my wedding day and I was sooo worried about leaking on my very white wedding dress using tampons... luckily I had a FLEX disc in my bag! Danced all night in my dress with no leaking! I now use the reusable one which also works wonders! Thank you FLEX, love your products!

Really pleased with this product!! In all transparency, these are a little difficult to get used to at first. It can be a little messy when you're getting used to it, but it isn't a big deal. It's as easy to insert as a tampon, and it is so nice not having to change it except morning and night. Once you get the process figured out, it's no messier than a tampon or pad. I started with monthy flex disc orders, but i switched to the annual ones because I’m definitely not using anything else.
