Seriously-- I want to shout this from the rooftops, I want every menstruating woman I know to know just how much better these things make life!! Literally, life changing. I hate tampons-- they dry me out, they shift around, I HATE the string, the list goes on. I've tried other cups and have found them to be uncomfortable, equally as shifty as tampons, leaky, and messy to remove and reinsert. Not these babies!! SO easy to insert, easy (and NOT messy, how???!!!) to remove, and I don't know by what sorcery they are helping with my cramps but so far I'm on ZERO period-related medications (I'm usually 2-3 doses of ibuprofen/acetaminophen in by now!). THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! Upgrading to the reusable disc and stashing disposable disks in my toiletry bag/gym bag/first aid kit/etc. immediately.

I had some of my ladies recommend trying a disc or a cup for my cycles, and with a retroverted cervix, pads have been the only solution for me all these years, until I got this disc. There's a bit of a learning curve but once you get it down this is life changing! I've been using it for 3 cycles now and im never going back to anything else! I highly recommend giving it a try and seeing if it works for you, especially if youre like me and have struggled for years with your cycles, managing your flow and overall experience.

I've used tampons since around 12/13 years old due to having a heavy flow and not liking pads. I'm now 27 and have been getting more and more annoyed at how much sanitary products cost me every month. So I bought this disc - I was wary as I've tried a moon cup before and really struggled with it, but this disc is honestly FANTASTIC. Even on day 1 period, I am able to go about my day normally - I sometimes even forget I'm on my period, which is just amazing. I was really worried about leaking but I've not had any problems (the only time I have, is when I was still getting used to how to insert it properly). Also, you can absolutely have mess-free sex with it in. There's definitely a knack to inserting it properly, but once you've got that, it's great! Periods just feel soooooo much easier.

I had gotten a flex cup first but I was terrified because it was bigger than expected and I couldn't get it in, but then I tried the disposal disc that it came with it was smaller when pinched in half then the cup when folded and it was really easy to put in. It took awhile to figure out how to get out (a little freaking out as well) but once I figured it out it was great and I got this one. Tho I still use the disposal disc's when I know I'm going to be out and about all day and will need to change it in a stall.

So this little wonder: - is reusable (I've been using the same one for years) - I don't deal with discomfort from tampons and pads - I don't have to reach inside of myself and deal with suction to empty it, which rules for me, a person that likes multiple day mountaineering objectives involving blue bags and routine lack of access to running water, (I'm side-eyeing you, many different menstrual cups that I have tried... that suction is *not* okay, and no squeezing or folding method endorsed in the instructions that I employed ever prevented painful suction for me) - it significantly reduces my cramps (I put it in *before* I start bleeding to help with my PMS cramps, and cramp heavily as a non-hormonal IUD user) - it (mostly) stays in place during intercourse - my menstrual cycles are heavy, so this makes the nightmare of inserting and removing many tampons a thing of the past - do you, like me, have the joys of a sped-up rate of intestinal tract movement during your menstrual cycle because of prostaglandin? Say goodbye to having to ditch your tampon because of the atrocities that have taken place on the string. - I can clean it twice a day with foaming scent/ dye/ everything free soap - I store it in a jar with distilled white vinegar when not in use - I have gifted many disposable ones to the women in my life and all are converts that end up getting the reusable model I cannot endorse this thing enough! We should not be taxed on menstrual products, and/or deal with putting bleached materials in or on ourselves! We deserve better!

I was always a pad girly and when I started to use tampons I hated them they always give me cotton Cush or hurt to pull out on my light days. Then one day my aunt gave me a reusable disc and it changed my life for the better. It makes me feel like I’m not even on my period ( other than cramps of course ) . As a women with PCOS I am no stranger to heavy periods. With pads and tampons I was constantly worried about leakage, which happened often with those products, I saw these in store and decided to try them I will admit at first it was a little intimidating to use, but I am so glad I did. It is the most comfortable product I have every tried, unless I am changing it out I really do not even notice it is there. I also can say the only time it has leaked is when I did not push it back into place. I LOVE this product and have put most of my friends on it as well.

Excellent product. Highly reccomended. Two years ago I had a copper IUD put in, and went from having a 3 day, 6-8 normal tampon period, to 4-5 day, 12-15 super tampon level periods. After years of being used to tampons covering any issues or leaks for me, they were no longer working. I tried a cup, and it was painful after a day of use. I happened to stumble on this product at Walgreens, and decided to give it a try. I am never going back! Sex during periods is non-messy for my husband and I. It truly 'self empties' on the toilet too. the reusable factor is really fantastic too.

With having PCOS, my periods can be horrible! I can't keep tampons in, my body pushes it out within an hour. So i usually resort to pads. They still feel like a diaper. And cramps can be strong! I have tried cups in the past, they are ok, but hard to try to get in. Plus I have still leaked. When I saw the disc's I was willing to try. I love how they stay in place! I can't feel it. I love that if it needs to release blood if I bare down while peeing. I wear a panty liner just in case, but 95% of the time, no bloody leaks. And my cramps are more bareable. Thank you Flex!

I could never go back to tampons after using this product for over a year. Honestly, I forget I’m on my period because of how comfortable this product is. It takes a couple tries to learn how to insert and position the disc properly but once I got that down, I’ve had no complaints. It’s scary to try new things but the transition from pads/tampons to the reusable disc is 100% worth it. I’ve saved myself from a lot of stress and $$$. Truly grateful for this product!!

I wasn’t sure I was going to love this transition from tampon to disc/cup but I am SOLD! These are a simple solution for someone with light to medium flow, like me. I have not experienced any cramping while using the disc. I usually would cramp the first 2-3 days of my cycle while using a tampon. These self-empty, as advertised. I take mine out and wash it while I shower and that has worked well for me. Great solution for us women! Thank you for this product.

I'm just finishing my first period with this, and I'm sold. I never liked menstrual cups, but this is totally different. I couldn't believe how easy it is to insert and you don't even feel it wearing it all day/night. I've lifted weights and gone walking and swimming and had no issues at all. Omg this disc saved my life on a bachelorette party on the beach. No leaks. Another girl that was there that was wearing a tampon had a major leak I told her about the flex disc. I cannot wear anything inside my vaginal canal I always feel it and it’s so uncomfortable. You cannot feel this at all and I feel fresh and clean because I’m not sitting in a sopping wet pad or period underwear. I do use period underwear with the disc as a backup only but I hardly ever have any leaks if I do they are very slight. The self empty part of this is the best thing ever and allows me to empty without having to remove it. There is a learning curve but I got the hang of it after 2-3 cycles. Never going back to disposable period products!

Decided to give this one a try after my GP told me I needed to avoid period cups (I have a copper IUD, which means suuuuper heavy periods). Got it in the post yesterday, the packaging is gorgeous, and after watching videos of the founder of Flex talk about it, it’s so obvious that a lot of hard work and clever engineering has gone into creating this genius little life-saver. Super easy to insert, and honestly can’t even feel it’s there at all. Huge bonus: sleeping with the disc in! I’m for sure throwing away my dedicated, blood-stained period sheets as I won’t be needing them anymore 🤣

I have already been using menstrual cups for years, but was recently caught off guard by my period while on vacation. The cups in store didn’t appeal to me so I decided to try the flex disc. I am amazed with the comfort and easy insertion! Cups were sometimes finicky and I would have to try a few times to get a seal. On my heavier days I would still occasionally leak quite a bit. I inserted this disc perfectly on the first try and enjoyed a leak free first day of my period :) The auto dumping feature is another plus for me, as well as the higher fill capacity than a menstrual cup. Disc > cups all the way for me now!
