After doing way too much research I ended up here and buying two different types so i would have a much better chance of finding one that works. The packaging is beautiful and I love the little bags that each cup comes with. I actually kept the box it came in to store my cups In. Because it is made nicely. They look great and have a nice feel to them. It was a little hard to insert but I Finally got the hang of that part after several tries. My cup won’t open though. Which is causing me major leakage. 😭😭😭 I’m assuming it is a me problem rather than the products fault. I really hope I can get one of these to work. Im sooooo sick of tampons and I hate pads.

I've been using menstrual cups for 5 years and this is my first upgrade. The cups are great quality and are larger than I'm used to but they have a very large capacity. The soft cup is difficult to open at times, but both are very comfortable to wear.

I am in love with my Saalt cup. I am new to this, just got my period today and used it for the first time. I struggled at first but after 10 mins deep breath and you can do this Yeah finally! Taking it out was at first very difficult another breathing session, go on Saalt ig page and Voilà! I wish someone had told me about cups before. Today I used the small normal one, tomorrow I will used the soft.

I have tried these for 4 cycles now, both sizes, have tried all the folds and ways of adjusting the internet has suggested but I ALWAYS leak. Super bummed i have to go back entirely to non-sustainable products.

I love them both. Personally I don’t find there is much of a difference between the two when using them, but they feel different in my hand.

I don’t know what was different postpartum, but the soft cup is a lifesaver and so much more comfortable than my diva cup. The stem is also soft and wonderful, usually I have to cut those off but not with saalt!

I’ve worn a few different menstrual cups, and these don’t seem as great with their suction. I can feel air bubbles (that sometimes make noise), which isn’t ideal or comfortable

I was skeptical at first but honestly the cups and period underwear and truly life changing. It took me a few months to get how to use the cup properly, but now I can wear it all day and not have any worries. I have a pretty heavy flow and using cups has given me so much freedom. I’m new to cups, and I am pleased with this product. I used the quiz to find the right size, and it fit as expected. I am an elementary school teacher and don’t get many chances to use the restroom during the day—with the cup, I don’t need to worry about if I can get to the bathroom to change my tampon in time! I don’t even notice it’s there.

I used to always use tampons for my period. That was always my go to because I was so active when I was younger, so it seemed easiest. I used tampons up until that study came out claiming there were trace amounts of dangerous elements found in the cotton used for many tampons brands- even big brands. I had seen ads for Saalt through Instagram, so I thought "why not see what they have to offer". I'm so happy that I purchased from this company. I ordered the twin pack of menstrual cups just to see what firmness I liked better. They are so incredibly easy to use, and I don't feel like I'm soaking in chemicals. You cannot feel the cup when inserted correctly, and I have experience little to no leaks(user error), unlike with tampons. I like that you can wear them up to 12 hours with full protection (I have a heavy flow too the first 2 days of my period). I love that they are sustainable and reusable, and really easy to clean. I have saved so much money on tampons already! Granted I still use pads when I feel lazy, but I would definitely recommend these cups to anyone wondering about them! 10/10
