There was a slight learning curve, but these worked great. I was able to use the smaller size during my light days and the heavy size on my heavy days. With the larger size I also felt… full.

The Saalt Soft cup in the small size is now my favorite menstrual cups that I've owned thus far. I've tried three other brands, and this one is the softest, most comfortable cup. I have excruciatingly painful periods which makes wearing a menstrual cup difficult. This one seems to be the best when it comes to not making me feel worse. And it also helps not make it hard to pee like some other brands have. The customer service was so kind and understanding when the regular size wasn't a good fit for me. I would 100% recommend this company and this menstrual cup. A+.

I ordered this duo because i tried the diva cup (the smaller diva cup) and it does well but i figured why not branch out and try new things? The diva cup makes me feel like i need to pee all of the time if it’s not exactly in a certain spot which is hard to do every time. I ordered this pack because i didn’t know if i should get the smaller one or the regular one. Also i heard that it is good to have different sizes for different days of the period so, this is perfect right? The smaller one fits perfectly (it’s almost the same size as my diva cup) although sometimes it’s hard to get it situated in there because it is a softer material. The regular (gray one) however, will not go in and pop open no matter how hard i try. I’ve tried to use it every day of my period (when i change it before i go to sleep) and it won’t pop open at all, i am not a virgin but i also haven’t had kids either (i’m 20) it just seems like maybe a little too big for me. Otherwise, this is a very good product (i’d recommend the smaller one for anyone that is around my age) it holds a good amount.

Started with organicup and really liked the convenience of menstrual cups, however I found it far too hard and uncomfortable on my cervix, and the seal was extremely difficult to break upon removal. With saalt soft however I have not experienced any of those problems. I'm honestly in love with it! The silicone is so much smoother and glides right in; it's flexible enough to break the seal with ease, but provides enough suction to use even while working out. I often forget I'm even on my period on the days I'm not cramping.

I previously had a Diva cup. I found that cup was too stiff and would give me worse cramps than I already had. I've been using the Small Saalt cup and have found it wayyyyy easier to remove, it doesn't worsen my cramps, and it leaks significantly less than the Diva Cup did. I know some people cut the long stem, but I actually like it! Thank you so much for educating, donating, and promoting women's health and sustainability.

I had been using a different menstrual cup for about three years, but over the past 2–3 months, I started experiencing issues with it not opening up or fitting properly. After some observation, I realized that my cervix sits lower during the last couple of days of my period. In those cases, the small cup works better. For the earlier days, I use the regular-sized one, which remains just as comfortable and soft as ever.

I’m so glad Saalt comes in soft & a duo. I wish it stated that changing will need to happen more frequently for those with heavier flow. Still havent figured out if the disc actually holds more since it can be a bit messier. Changing either every 2-3 hours is alot.

Though this menstrual cup was relatively easy to insert and maintained a seal, it was virtually impossible to remove. I had to ask my husband to help me remove it, otherwise, I would have ended up in the ER asking a doctor to remove it. I’ve never had this issue with other menstrual cups.

Had the same problem as my other cup. > Insertion and removal is painful even when I lubricate first. > It leaks after a few hours when I reach capacity > Not able to sanitarily empty it out when I’m out It’s slightly less painful to remove than my previous cup since the rim is softer. But this caused massive cramping due to the suction. I didn’t notice this problem as much when I had a firmer cup. I bought a disc as part of the same purchase & it is working out much better for me.

I am no stranger to menstrual cups, I have tried several brands and sizes of cups/disks to find the perfect one for me. The biggest struggle is the discomfort with a cup, I could feel the cup and some days it was just easier to use a disposable menstrual product. I decided to try the soft duo and I am so glad I did! Once I used it I knew this was the product for me. I felt no discomfort when inserting the cup and it was undetectable. I never felt more confident in wearing a cup and now I can finally ditch disposable products and solely use a cup.

I am a first-time user so I took the online quiz to learn which cup I should get. The Saalt duo pack was recommended, and I bought it. I have 2 children so now I’m wondering why I wasted money on the petite cup. I started with that one and it is too small for my needs. Lots of leaking with the petite size. Honestly, there has been leaking with the larger one too, just not quite as much. There are many things I like about this product like less waste, and no chemicals being leached near my reproductive organs. But I’m not 100% happy with it either.

Today is only my second day using my cup and so far I really like it. There is definitely a learning curve, but once I got the hang of it, putting it in and taking it out has gotten a lot easier. I kept it in for the full 12 hours and even went ice skating today and experienced no leaks! I was able to go to the bathroom throughout the day with no problems. I am also pleasantly surprised with how clean it is. I thought that when removing it I might get blood on my fingers, however, that is not the case. I was also worried about spilling when removing it, however, I have found it pretty easy to remove without spilling. My advice to beginners would be to try different positions when putting it in and taking it out. At first I was having problems taking it out, but once I found the position that works for me, removing it became very easy. Using the cup has resolved all my problems that I’ve experienced with tampons. I really enjoy not having to worry about my period except for in the morning and then at night.
