This is my favorite disc EVER! I haven’t used tampons or pads in over a year now. This thing is literally so comfortable. I can finally go to the beach with a peace of mind. Workout comfortably and sleep without feeling like I have a diaper on or have any accidents. I wish this existed before!

Been using their cup for years and tried disk for the first time today and I’m already loving it. Start with the cup but changing to disc isn’t bad at all, just look up how to insert correctly! These products have been life changing! Not even kidding! Disc specifically has great leak protection for a very long time! I use size regular since I have had babies and a heavy flow the first few days.

The disk is too flimsy to navigate inside; keistering and shoving, not pushing/sliding. Unless my hoo-hah has to be wide as the Mississippi is long, this is not going to work. Back to my 18 year old sturdy and reliable cup from another brand. More firmness not this squishy leakiness.

I really love the fact that I only need to change this once in the morning during my shower and once at night. No more frantically asking a teacher to cover my room while I make a dash for the bathroom. Pairing this with period underwear makes it almost like I'm not on my period. The only reason it isn't getting 5 stars is because I'm still learning how to put it in. It's slipped out a time or two, but that was because I don't think I had it in properly. I'm used to cups that work with suction, and I love that this one doesn't. It just means I need to practice a bit. But that's why I love pairing it with the underwear, even when it slipped, it was no big deal because the period underwear is fantastic.

I used the Lena cups for five years. I got tired of the frequent bladder pressure and difficulty removing due to suction, so I gave the Saalt disc a try. I was very skeptical but once I tried this for the first time I knew I would never return to cups again! This product is an absolute game changer. I ordered the regular size and was very intimidated by the size at first, but it fit just fine. Insertion takes a bit of trial and error but once you become comfortable locating your pubic bone and tucking the disc behind it, it’s smooth sailing. The first day I tried my disc, I wore it for 12 hours straight in an all white dress while taking my engagement photos at Disney World. I was spinning, twirling, dancing, and jumping in an ALL WHITE DRESS. While on my period. NO LEAKS! Not a drop! To say I was amazed is an understatement! If you are a cup user you will be amazed at how much better the disc is. The notch on the disk is amazing for removal and a thousand times better than the cup removal process. It is messier than a cup removal, but with practice it gets better. You just have to remember to keep the disc steady so it doesn’t dump on your hand during the removal process. I am very impressed with the quality. The material is extremely flexible yet feels so durable. I truly don’t even feel it when I’m wearing it, which is a welcomed change from the cups. No more bladder pressure! If you are hesitating this purchase, I promise you won’t regret it. The best part is that Saalt customer service is AMAZING. They are readily equipped with resources to help solve issues, they respond quickly, and they’re so friendly and motivating. They want you to be successful! I highly recommend this disc. Beyond loving the vision of Saalt, the products are easy to love. This arrived in beautiful packaging, easy to open. The colors are soft and pretty (I bought both the small and regular). I love that the design is incorporated throughout the entire product - packaging, disc, and bag. The information and guides included are helpful and well thought out.

Took some kegal practice and patience to learn to insert, position correctly, and remove. Also, water based lube I have found makes repositioning while it's up there much easier, just a lil' touch around the rim before inserting and it basically finds home on its own.

There was a learning curve. Muscles down in the whoonana had to be utilized when removing, but tbh kegals aren't a bad idea to be doing regularly anyway. Once I figured out what position worked best for me and how to my muscles- easy peasy.

I’m still getting g used to this product but loved my Saalt cup. When I ordered though I was supposed to get a free pack of sanitizing wipes but they never came. A little disappointed because I was wanting to try them out for on the go.

At first this thing looked really big after using the smaller disc. Saalt has really good products, I don’t ever have any leaks and it’s super easy to insert and clean. Will definitely buy again when I need a new one.
