I waited for awhile to try out these cups to make sure I was getting the right size and if I would use them. I contacted customer service a lot through live chat and they were so helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. I have tried the small and feel like the regular will work better for me due to cervix height, even though I have a lighter flow. Love that I chose Saalt as my first cup!

Not only is this product better for your body but it is also better for the environment! I used to dread getting my period and the irritation and discomfort that pads and tampons would cause me. With the cups, my periods are immensely easier and less uncomfortable. I don't have to worry about packing extra feminine hygiene products or about forgetting to bring them with me to the bathroom. I do find that having different sizes/styles works best as certain cups will feel better based on your flow/cervix height. I would highly recommend making the switch!

Going to be honest, I thought I would hate it. GUYS this product is so good🤩!! I reach for these now and not my tampons/ pads. I got a free gift with mine too so that was awesome. I’d recommend it for everyone, so easy to use and sometimes i even forget i have it in!

These really do their job! I do feel like with these it's a bit of work to get out at times so I don't recommend taking it out in public restrooms the first few times. I was out for a bit longer than 12 hours and it was a little embarrassing fighting this thing out. All in all it's fairly comfortable and so much better than tampons feeling wise. Cleaning them is super easy and it's easy to get in and settled into place. I'm thinking about potentially trying the discs at some point though in hopes that that's slightly easier to get out.

Don’t put it too far up or you have to do a lot of squats to be able to reach with your fingers. This material is really hard so it felt like squeezing a hard ball. If it was like the disc it would be easier to remove. The bigger size was easier to find since the pink one kept getting lost. Thank goodness I only had to worry about changing it every 12 hrs!

I desperately want to love this, but it’s so uncomfortable and I feel like I need to pee and get cramps the whole time I’m wearing it. I’ve re-inserted it multiple times over several days, watched videos, read forums and can’t get it to be comfortable. I’ve only tried the smaller one so far

I love being able to buy 2 different t cup sizes for my period. The lighter one comes in handy near the end where my flow is lighter but I still need something to prevent ruining my underwear. I am so impressed with the quality of this product and how easy it was to wear both day and night!!

The Duo pack did not fit, I ordered it so I would be able to test out with size I needed but could not even fit the smaller size.

The quality and colors are great. The keep is good too. The small size is a bit too small for me but I use it only when I’m spotting heavily. I’m usually a heavy bleeder so would have been nice to have a bigger cup. The larger one in this pack is not large enough for me. Also, it’s hard to pull the cup out from the stem and wish they had small nubs or balls for more traction. Instead- I have to really put my hand up there and squeeze the bottom of the cup to suction it out. Overall- good quality but has its downsides for me.

I wanted to try the cup and the small fit well but my flow was too heavy and the large cup quite uncomfortable. Since it is my first time with the cup there is a learning curve and removing it was cleaner than a disc but also difficult.
