I love my Saalt teen cup!! Best purchase this whole year! Wish I would have tried it a long time ago! I did a lot of research about period cups for a few years off and on, but was not totally convinced I could find one to fit my tiny body. I am a very petite 38 years old. Like 5ft tall and only 100lbs. I really didn’t want to purchase a period cup that was too big for my tiny body. And all the descriptions of the different period cup sizes weren’t very understandable for me. I had no idea whether my pelvis was high or low!? Hilarious! But from the moment when I came to the Saalt website, I appreciated the all tutorials and how to’s, including how to measure my pelvis, and when would be the best time to do it. It was super easy. Plus the period humor- loved that! And when I got my Saalt teen cup, it went wonderfully! It isn’t uncomfortable at all! I’ve only had one period since I got it, but even with my newbie-ness I had very minor leakage and only one time was it a little hard to get it out. No more messy diaper pads or dried out and raw feeling from tampons that were too big for my small body and unpredictably light flow, and my husband loves the no more monthly stinky bathroom garbage can! Me too!! I feel soooo much cleaner!!! It’s waaaaay more than a cup! Thanks Saalt!!

It was a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you get the hang of this cup it might be the best period product ever. I can't feel it and it doesnt bother me for all 12 hours I wear it for. I dont have to wrestle with awkward pads or itchy tampon strings. Amazing product and even when I don't feel like wearing it during the day it is perfect for nearly leak-free nights. And even more I love feeling like I'm keeping trash out of the ocean with this product. My heart goes to sustainability and the Earth.

It took some adjustment on my first time, but this is my second period using my cup, and my only regret is that I didn't try it sooner. As someone with sensitive skin to a lot of pads, and trying to use more natural products in my life, this was the perfect fit. I had previously tried a cup that was bigger and less flexible and didn't appreciate it. I decided I really wanted to use a cup and found Saalt - made the world of a difference in my life. Soft yet great quality.

I like the product but it's the wrong size for me. Trying to figure out which size to order. If it were the correct size I think I would love it. U fortunately that is a problem with cups I think, finding the right one.

LLLOOOOVVEEEDDDD it! Im in my early 20s but relatively small-sized (114lbs, 5ft) and never had kids so i opted for the teen cup anyway. Its secure and ssoo comfy that i often forgot that i was even on my period. I rarely leaked but when it did it was usually because it was full or after a work-out (because of its softness, i noticed that it sometimes moved and caused leaks when im active) but the leaks were never extreme. Sadly, i dropped it in a public toilet one day and had to toss it out. Cannot wait to get myself a new one.

I was hopeful that using this would be positive, however it was not. It is extremely hard to grip and pull out and it took me almost a hour to get out. Not worth the worry at all. I will be going back to tampons.

This cup is great, but if you have a heavy or even a medium flow you might have to change it often because the capacity isn’t that much and it could leak. It felt super comfortable and it works perfect for the days when your period isn’t that heavy. I love this product.

I am 5' 125 pounds and 25 years old. The small gave me pain and even the quiz was telling me to get a small soft, but this one works great! I don't get any leaking and it is easy to use with the pinch down method. There is definitely a learning curve if you have only used pads. This is so much cleaner and easier. I was really hesitant to get this one since I'm not a teen but seriously if you are small it is great. I wish the marketing was a bit different.

I've been using various menstrual cups for the past 15 years or so, and the Saalt brand is the best fit for my body. Once you get comfortable with placing a cup correctly, it's the quickest and most mess-free way ever to handle that time of the month. I especially like the wide range of options Saalt offers. This is what allowed me to find the material and fit that works best with my body, especially after having 2 kids!

Really love that this can be worn longer than tampons and are FAR more comfortable. This size was best so far though I didn’t try the next size up but this one works and does not leak. I love not waking up during the night like I did before

I was dumb and got a teen size which was too small for me, but I ordered the next size up (small cup) and I love it! Can’t feel it at all and it’s easy to insert! The teen cup I recommend for people who are about 13-16. I am almost 18 with a low sitting cervix and it was a little small, causing leakage.

I really love the idea of this. I have a heavy flow so I couldn't wear it for 12 hours but I could get away with 6-8. It was a bit hard to put in and get out at first but it got easier after a bit. I love that I don't need to carry bundles of tampons with me anymore or have to hide them in my sleeve, now if I have my period and have to change the cup at school I can do that without bringing extra stuff with me. I also love that I'm being better to the environment without the bundles of waist. Overall I would really recommend.

The cup was incredibly painful to insert and remove but that could just be my anatomy my real issue is the customer service. When I reached out to them it took them incredibly long to respond and when they did it was some bs copy and paste lecture that wasn’t related to my question at all. I was so frustrated with this especially with all these claims of great and helpful customer service plastered all over their website. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience

cup and I was the most comfortable on my period in a long time thanks to the cup which I forgot | had on at times and I got the steamer along with it which did amazing at cleaning before and after use.
