Cannot find a way to return this item it's too big

This is my 2nd time order. Want to go down on size. I have received wrong size and colors. I have ordered 3XL in Caramel Duo bundle 2 pcs. I received one in 4XL red & one in 6XL beige. Will need to return for the right size and colors or need a refund. P.S. I wonder, is it from the same place??

Buttery soft, fits good. Could possibly have gone up a size but it’s so comfortable that I’m going to keep it and try bigger size on the next one. Want to get more colors!

This is my go to bra. Iv purchased many and i am so incredibly happy with its comfort. Easy to get on and off, no wire nonsense, smooth back, fun colors. The fact that the pads do not come out is an absolute game changer!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I wasn’t expecting all the hyped up claims. This bra is very soft and comfy. It seems to be made of good quality doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall apart in a week Or after a washing. The cups do not move all over the place either. Sizing is off, size up.

I haven’t been able to wear a strap on my bra for the last five or six years because of my nerve disease. I got this bra two weeks ago and it’s built my confidence much back up. I can continue being the baddie I’ve always been! The video is with the bra and the picture is w/o… YOU SEE IT SIS!!!

Best bra ever! So comfortable! This straps do not cut or strain shoulders. Connected pads do not slip or come out with washing. Give a push up feel without underwire.

I thought they would be like the ones from Victoria’s Secret bras that were sold during the pandemic. So I ordered two size large based on the measurements chart. I wore it almost immediately and to my disappointment the bottom rolls and it digs in. Very uncomfortable and disappointing

Buttery soft! I am a 42DDD and purchased the XL. Fits snug but could have gone up to XXL. Still comfortable and will purchase again. Love the wide straps! Exactly has advertised!

Actual trash. My boobs (36H) stay in for all of 10 minutes of walking around before they pop out. Not worth the money if you have droopy boobs. Pic #1 where they land when I first put the bra on. Pic #2 where the “girlies” say they would be. Don’t fall for it.

The pads inside folded the second I tried to put it on. The sizing chart claims this is my size as a 44G, but it isn't. I'm sure for people with small boobs this would be amazing but for anyone with really big boobs I would not recommend. I'm popping out everywhere. It is soft, smooth, and stretchy.
