This product is a definite game changer and makes me feel way safer than using tampons and pads. It’s a little tricky at first to learn how to insert it but once you get it, it’s great. So happy I took a chance and tried it. It also comes with a little travel bag, which is nice.

I was excited to start my menstrual cup journey in addition to my period undies and stop completely using pads and tampons. I am a small person so I was happy to buy the small size but I felt it still was a little bit too big for me… For reference, I am 156 cm and 51 kg and my cervix height is regular. I will give the cup another shot next month and maybe buy the teen size. on a positive note, the packaging is really nice and I love the bag for storage. I also liked the cleanser and its smell.

I Got the regular size 1st because I was afraid my heavy flow would be to much for the small. I was wrong! The regular was to big. The small is perfect and definitely holds enough. It Has made a big improvement in my comfort during my period. I sleep better and no discomfort or irritation from pads anymore. I was going through a 25pack of heavy overnight pads for a 3day period. So glad to be done with that! The cup is wonderful!

I've been using the major cup on the market for almost a decade and had no reason to switch, until a friend shared about their saalt cup and made me realize I had a reason! I had been having some bladder irritation with my prior cup, nothing major, but when my friend said they had the same situation and the saalt cup worked better for them, I figured an upgrade couldn't hurt. It's really been such a better fit for my body, and I'm glad I allowed myself to explore a different cup.

As a first time user, I decided to go for the soft cup. I couldn't be more happier. The cup is very soft making it easier to fold and insert. Of course you have to try different types of folding to see which one works for you, and this cup made this process much easier. For my period flow, I would change it twice in a day, without any leaking. I am really impress on how this cup worked great for me! <3

I had previously used the normal Saalt cup in the small size. Nothing was wrong with it, but it wasn't really working right for me, which is fine because everyone is different. I was experiencing some leaking when lying down, and in general there was some discomfort and bladder pressure. Nothing too dramatic but enough to make me want something a little gentler. I got this soft cup and just used it for the first time, and I can tell a difference already. It opens easier, I didn't leak when lying down, and the bladder pressure and discomfort was significantly decreased. This works very well for what my body needed, something softer and gentler, but still durable. A far cry from the cheaply made ones that may be soft but don't last past 1 period. I included a video comparing the soft (pink) to the normal (green). You can see how much easier it conforms. Again this isn't what everyone needs. But for me, i have a low cervix, sensitive bladder, and I've never given birth. So it ended up being perfect for my needs. Thank you Saalt!

At first, I tried the Saalt Disc in both sizes. The small fit better, but it was very hard to remove without a stem or string, and the regular didn’t work for me at all—it wouldn’t insert fully and kept folding inside. Because I have a low cervix, neither disc was the right choice. What truly impressed me was how caring the Saalt team was. They guided me with patience and kindness, and offered me the Saalt Cup as an alternative. The cup turned out to be perfect—comfortable, easy to use, and a great fit for my body. My advice: don’t give up if the first product doesn’t work for you. Everybody is different, and sometimes it takes a little trial and error to find the right option. I have been using another brand for several years and always had leaks. I thought I needed the bigger size. When I was shopping for a larger one, I considered using the same brand, but I was able to use a discount for Saalt so I gave it a whirl. I find it just as comfortable as my original, no complaints there. Easy to clean. I have only used it for one menstrual cycle but I seem to have fewer leaks. Maybe I am not using it right or my anatomy is not ideal for them (tiled and weak floor), but I will keep trying until I can get no leaks. I can’t say I am in love with it as I am still paranoid that I will leak so I am always doubly protected but that kind of defeats the purpose of a cup. However, I still enjoy using it over pads or tampons, so I would still recommend.

This is the 4th cup of Saalt’s I’ve tried because I really wanted one to work but even after trying all the types of cups and a disc, nothing has worked for me. It seems like the small cups are too small and the regular ones are too big. The regular one is far bigger than any large cup I’ve tried before elsewhere. The regular cup is extremely hard but even the soft cup is quite hard too. Also I have never had discomfort and irritation while using a cup before, let alone for several days after and I’ve used many different kinds over the last 10 years. It happened for all of them and this made them completely unusable for me. The customer service was brilliant though and I was offered free replacements each time but it seems like none of these cups are suitable for some reason. Really disappointing as they have gorgeous colours and bags and seem like a brilliant company. Wont be purchasing again and can’t recommend based on my experience unfortunately. It is a shame I had to pay almost £30 for something now completely unusable.

I am so upset and disappointed in my experience. I got the regular size because of my flow level but it is damn near impossible to remove this cup. I have used a cup for 10 years already y another brand. This is the only negative but a huge one. I’m pissed I can’t just return it.

This product has changed my periods! I have tried other cups and have had problems with the fit and firmness of other products. This cup was just the right size and softness for me! Insertion was easy, and I was astonished at the complete lack of leaks throughout my period! I am a fairly active person, and this cup made me feel invincible throughout my entire menstrual cycle. Highly recommend this product!

I loved this cup but the little pull tab broke in less than 12months. I am no stranger to cups and have several other ones that have lasted much longer than that without any issues.
