Definitely feel a good boost of energy, not always grabbing for snacks. Did take about 2-3 weeks to feel (as it should) some of the caps did open in transit, so the entire bottle is powder yellow inside.

I have been taking the Best of Berberine for 30 days, however, I have not noticed a change in my glucose level or weight. I was looking to control my insulin resistance and lose a few pounds that I have gained over the last few years, but no success. I have read that it may take up to 90 days to see change so I will continue to incorporate in my box selection to see if I will see change in the next 2 months.

I originally bought Berberine because my peri menopause nurse practitioner suggested it could help my motabolism and blood sugar regulation. The most amazing side effect is that it has *dramatically* improved my digestion and bowel movements. Definitely take with food, I didn't once and experienced painful heartburn. My fault.

So far, I like it! I have felt a decrease in my hunger! It does cause some intestinal discomfort for the first few weeks, but I feel like that is calming down quite a bit now. I also take Counter Cravings, so I'm not sure if it's the combination of the two or not. But, I definitely feel like my cravings are mostly gone for the most part...Maybe due to the fact that the Berberine is balancing my glucose?
