While I have been only using this for a few weeks, I feel like I am finally taking a daily multivitamin that has good ingredients and will give me the vitamins and minerals that I need. No stomach upset or anything so far, so that's a plus as well! Look forward to seeing how I feel after a few months of taking this regularly -- but wish that shipping was received much quicker--there is always a gap between when I finish my last order and when my new order comes...

The size or smell of this pill isn’t a concern for me but the fact that my urine is neon-yellow whenever I take it bothered me so I stopped. Still taking the gut instinct, Omega & mighty night and no worries with those.

These multi are really the best! You can't beat the price and quality. I used to be an avid MyKind Organics Multivitamin user, but they honestly upset my stomach (I suffer from Crohn's and IBS) and they would give me insane boosts of energy that would leave me coming down hard. These do not upset my stomach and give me a nice even boost of energy throughout the day. 10/10!

I had gastric bypass, so taking a multi is very important. A lot of multi vitamins I have tried have given me upset tummy issues and dumping syndrome immediately. I have NOT experienced this with Base Control at all. It's my new favorite!

I was looking for a multi vitamin with iodine and I think this one fits the bill. When I open the bottle the vitamins smell really good and they aren’t so large that they’re difficult to swallow. I have no complaints about these vitamins!

I absolutely love Base Control! I stopped my subscription to my other multi vitamin and am so thankful I did. The amount of vitamins and minerals in Base Control is phenomenal and the price is great. It does change the color of your urine, but just keep hydrated and it goes away in a few houra after taking it.

Base Control is great! I definitely feel a difference since taking it regularly for about 3 months. My digestion is more regular and I have slightly more energy from getting all the vitamins I need from Base Control along with a healthy diet. The price is a great value too.

Took this for 6 months. I noticed shortly after taking it, my body odor got out of control. Never had this happen in my life. Finally narrowed it down to this exact supplement. No wonder I received an article from the blog today about body odor. Plus urine became scary bright yellow. Also received an article from the hum blog about urine color. Pretty sure hum knows the issues with their products and is trying to save face...
