While I have been only using this for a few weeks, I feel like I am finally taking a daily multivitamin that has good ingredients and will give me the vitamins and minerals that I need. No stomach upset or anything so far, so that's a plus as well! The size or smell of this pill isn’t a concern for me but the fact that my urine is neon-yellow whenever I take it bothered me so I stopped. Still taking the gut instinct, Omega & mighty night and no worries with those.

These multi are really the best! You can't beat the price and quality. I used to be an avid MyKind Organics Multivitamin user, but they honestly upset my stomach (I suffer from Crohn's and IBS) and they would give me insane boosts of energy that would leave me coming down hard. These do not upset my stomach and give me a nice even boost of energy throughout the day. 10/10!

I had gastric bypass, so taking a multi is very important. A lot of multi vitamins I have tried have given me upset tummy issues and dumping syndrome immediately. I have NOT experienced this with Base Control at all. It's my new favorite!

I was looking for a multi vitamin with iodine and I think this one fits the bill. When I open the bottle the vitamins smell really good and they aren’t so large that they’re difficult to swallow. I have no complaints about these vitamins!
