Since receiving this product, I have been sleeping like a baby. I take 2 gummies two(2) hours before bedtime; My body feels so relaxed and calm, and I get a good night’s sleep. Also, my stress levels have decreased.

The taste is awful but they're really soft to chew. I don't know if they give me the "calm" feeling, and I don't think I sleep any better. I think having a hot cup of tea does more for calming me than these do 😅

As someone with adhd, I have always struggled to fall asleep and stay asleep each night. Over the years I must have tried every sleep/calm aid on the market from medication to melatonin. Nothing worked. While reading up on different daily vitamins, I found information on ashwagandha that said it was known to help with both anxiety and insomnia. A link led to these gummies and my first deep, restful sleep in a very long time! I hope HUM never discontinues these gummies because I don’t know what I would do without them!

It’s been a little less than a month since I started taking these. I’ve been trying to follow the recommended routine by HUM, but I have missed a few days. The days when I do take these gummies, I feel like I’m able to sleep better. I’ve had a pretty stressful last few weeks, so my stress levels are insane, however looking back at how I would have handled and reacted to the events, I feel like I have been calmer when I take these. The gummies are the perfect texture, and the taste is pretty good too, without any of the added sugar bits like some gummy supplements have.
