I like the concept. Shockingly having it in hot chocolate cancels out the taste of hot chocolate will simultaneously getting rid of the bitter after taste. I do not recommend for severe insomniac like myself. But for others I think it would be a good for them to try. Does help with relaxation

Not only was I able to fall asleep in an hour like the instructions said, but I was able to fall back asleep later in the night when I woke up which I’ve been struggling with for the past three months this product has helped me tremendously.

It’s not a bad product… but it’s not for me. It has a strong artificial sweetener taste with earthy undertones. Not the cup of apple cider I was expecting. I was expecting it to be more like the Alpine Spiced Cider mix … but it fell short. I’ll still use it for the “benefits” but will not reorder.

The apple cider flavor reminds me of my hometown apple festival growing up—warm, comforting, and familiar. It doesn’t knock you out, but helps my body feel calmer and more ready for sleep. Even with interrupted nights as a mom, I wake up feeling more rested.

I got this for my uncle in couple cities away from me so I don’t have a picture but he called today to tell me it works amazing he said he has slept like a rock ever since he got it and has work up refreshed everyday and said he was going to def keep it in stock at his house from now on.

It’s a no for me. There is a super strong aftertaste and a smell of mothballs almost in the drink. I can’t, I wanted to love it but I just couldn’t force myself to drink it all.
