I took these gummies for 2 months and noticed a huge difference in my cycle, especially surround my period and PMS. I was worried that it may just be placebo so I stopped taking them, and that reminded me immediately how much worse it was before. Hopped back onto these bad boys, and I am back to feeling way more tolerable and regulated. The gummies taste delicious! They helped me with tender chest, length of period, and mood swings. I used to be a 7 day period gal and now I sit at 5. All in all, I recommend these to any and everyone with a period. Plus cute heart shapes haha!

I am really impressed with these gummies. I have really bad mood swings the entire week before my period starts and nothing has helped until I found these. These made those awful mood swings practically non-existent. I usually know my period is about to start because of my mood being so out of whack but this time I didnt realize it was about to start because my mood stayed normal. Got the gummies for myself. I usually don’t have heavy period or pms syndrome, but I think since taking the gummies I start having a bit more balanced hormones. Because before them I haven’t experienced some things that most of my friends does. So now I get more of the menstrual cycle symptoms. Will use for another month and might stop them to see how I feel and if there is any difference.

Wow wow wow!!!! I wish I had ordered these sooner! I’ve only been taking the gummies a little over a month and can tell the difference in my mood, along with changes physically and mentally.
