So far so good but I've only been using these for a couple of weeks. I have noticed my tummy is flatter by eye. I didn't measure or anything but it is visibly noticeable. I also use Runway Ready and my hairstylist says my hair is growing at a rapid rate. So I'm very happy with this product. I just dont enjoy swallowing 7 pills a day. I wish, I could just have an all in 1 pill. That I could take in the morning and get it over with.

I'm not a drinker but had been feeling pretty lousy so I was trying everything. The first 2 weeks I ached all over, but like a switch on the 3rd week I felt much better. I chose not to continue wing man since I don't drink much but will continue the others.
