Tastes and smells a little funky. I haven't really noticed and changes, but I haven't been taking it too long yet. Although, my in-laws did visit for a long weekend while I was on my period and I didn't loose it, something must be helping. The directions for taking are unclear. It says 1 capsule 2x on the bottle, but 2 capsules 1x elsewhere. Definitely planning to continue taking.

I use the hormonal balance vitamins and so far, I am seeing an improvement. Each month while PMSing I’d experience a new somewhat extreme symptom (ear infections, lock jaw, swollen fingers). Doctors told me to keep an eye on it or go back on birth control which I did not want to do. I decided to do my own research, found these vitamins and decided to give it a shot. One month in and so far so good so hoping this is a regular solution!
