I thought this was a review of the 8 in and 10 in fry pan I purchased from you..so..anyway..those pans are the best I have ever used..I love the non stick ability but I also love the fact I can used lower heat which help preserve the glass top of the stove..these are great pans..thank you..

Hexclad has very poor customer service. They don’t follow their own policies. They change to benefit them, but they still send you the policies they are ignoring. Nice set.
