I purchased this pan from the website seven months ago. It was advertised as a nonstick pan that would be easy to clean, but after several months of use, it’s neither nonstick nor easy to wash. Even something as simple as frying an egg has become frustrating because the food consistently sticks to the surface. I’d also like to mention that I previously purchased two pots and a wok from the website, and they’ve been perfect—so I’m surprised and disappointed with the quality of this pan.

I’m very happy with each Hexclad piece I ordered. Because there are many times I’ve needed two medium sized pans, I ordered two 10” pans with lids as well as two of the 8” pans with lids. Everything I cook I now use a lower heat setting than my previous Circulon Professional pans. The reason being is these Hexclad hybrid pans retain and distribute heat very evenly. Tonight I seated two Ahi steaks to perfection in a 10” pan and steamed broccolini in an 8” pan. Both were perfect! Clean up is easy, once the food is plated, I immediately wipe them clean with a paper towel until we are done eating and I can clean properly and immediately dry them. I have also purchased the 12 piece pot and pan set, the 12” wok with lid and magnetic knife block. Love every piece and worth the money!

Each time I wash the lid I thoroughly hand dry it. I've started noticing rust spots where the glass is sandwiched to the outer metal rim support assembly. I do not feel there should be metal rusting after only several uses of this lid. I probably will not purchase any more Hexclad products, unless you feel this is a defect and you replace this lid.

I bought this pan for my husband's birthday. He was so excited to use it and loved it at first but within the first week it was showing stains and spots. We sometimes could get the stains out with repeated washings but after about a month the stains didn't go away. The pans cooks well but for the price I paid, it's not worth it. For $15 more than the price of the one pan and lid, I could get a whole set of cookware. My husband is a chef so he knows to season pans correctly and to not use excessive heat, so the pan is not staining because of misuse. This pan is such a disappointment because the hexclad knife we got is amazing so we had high hopes for the cookware. We even planned to get the whole set when we saved up enough but I'm so glad we didn't waste our money on it. Definitely not getting anymore hexclad items.

This is the second pan I bought this size. This one was for my son, (&his wonderful wife) who‘s the one who turned me onto Hexclad to begin with. The first pan I got them was too big to just fry a couple eggs in! So I surprise them upon their return of visiting us. For our home I bought the big set with the three pots and pans all with lids, the knives send and the mixing bowls, which I love and use daily. I’m an Italian who loves to cook and am getting pretty good at baking, so I’ve been told. The Hexclad pans fit all of my needs in the kitchen. I’m just waiting for the 12 quart stock pot to go on sale so I can replace my other ones 🤞🏼🙏🏼✌🏼

Best cook ware I have ever used! NOTHING sticks! If the price scares you, just do it! You will not regret your purchase. I’m now in the process of changing all of my cook ware to Hexclad!
