Everything about this pot is amazing! The size, the fact that it evenly cooks, nothing sticks to the sides and it doesn’t burn around the rim of the pot when I’m making soups and stews. And when done cooking it cleans up in just less than a minute with a squirt of dish soap. Best pot ever in my opinion. I am thrilled with my purchase. I have all your frying pans and the I believe it 7.5 quart chicken pot. I will be adding the smaller pots in time. I’m a very happy customer!!!!

I purchased the 2 sets from Costco and LOVE them. I have purchased 3 other pots since then. The 10 qt, the 7 qt fryer and another 3 qt pot. In a divorce my husband can have the house and cars. All I want is all of the Hex Clad pots and pans!

I used the 10QT Pot for the first time to make a Smoked Gouda Broccoli soup and it was amazing! The clean up is a breeze and I was able to sautee the veggies directly in the pot & then begin to build the soup. LOVE!!!

I ordered this because I was tired of borrowing friend’s stock pots to make spaghetti sauce when I’m canning. I’m not a cook, don’t even like to cook BUT I like Gordon Ramsay and I decided it was high time I became an adult and bought my own stock pot so why not support Chef Ramsay! I was irritated when I realized after emptying the pot of sauce that had been simmering/reducing for 7 hours that I had simmered a little too high so there was burnt sauce on the bottom. No worries, I didn’t try to scrub it, I soaked it with dish soap and hot water. An hour later I steeled my self to get to scrubbing and SURPRISE, the burnt food came up in one big ol’ burnt wafer. What kind of Scottish chef, world dominating, unicorn magic is that? I didn’t scrub anything just lifted the giant wafer the size of the bottom of the pan up and threw it away. Easiest clean up ever!!! When my husband isn’t looking I think I’m gonna splurge and buy the whole set of cookware!! I’ll tell him he bought for my birthday which incidentally is in two weeks 🎉 thank you Hexclad, I feel like I got my $$ worth and THEN some!!!

I’m very upset on this 10 quart pot. I have all of your entire set plus doubles on several of them and all your extra pots not part of the set I have those two. I have been very very happy and everything came delivered perfectly but when I got this 10 quart pot there’s a deep scratch on the lid. When you pay 200 bucks for one pot you don’t want a big gouge on the lid. I tried contacting customer service and it says I have to do it online I tried that twice and it got nowhere I was going to send you a picture of the pot and the lid with a scratch on it. Really dumb disconnect in your customer service line I recommended five people to buy your sets and I bought two as gifts and I will never recommend you again since I can’t contact you for the lid on my 10 quart pot. Big mistake, big mistake!
