I seasoned as instructed but the medium heat recommendation came too late

The non-stick frying pan totally bummed. The pan has blackened and the food stick to it, even while making a plane scrambled egg with extra butter! Very disappointed with the product. I had got a 10" wok first which I use regularly and does a great job. I got the frying pan thinking it would be same, but turned out Nope!

Instructions say you must use medium low heat. Eggs need to be cooked on low. I scrambled 4 eggs starting them on low. After 10 minutes and very little progress, I continued cooking on medium low. It took 30 minutes to cook the scrambled eggs and they were mushy. Also, even cooking at medium low the pan does not “wipe” clean. It is not “nonstick” like other pans I’ve had. It is not what I thought I was getting.

Cooking area works pretty good. The stainless top and outer edges stain really bad and do not wash or scrub off. They work well but look like crap after a few cooks.

I threw my pan away because the pan I ordered was being delivered the next day. Lo and behold, they sent me a Splatter Shield. Now I have to go buy a temporary pan, drive to the post office to drop this wrong item off, and order another one. What a waste of my time and money. Getting another brand.

This is my second HexClad purchase. I can’t tell you enough how much I love these pans! I’ve had my 12in pan for almost 2 years now, use it everyday and it still looks like it’s brand new.

I was excited to get this, but after a few uses. It is no longer non stick and there is something on it the won't wash off. I am looking for the code to see if I can return. Owned for less than 3 month. Issue after 3rd use. I did season before 1st use.

All our pots and pans are from Hexclad, so we immediately noticed the different coating, bluish instead of gray. Why did you change the coating? Is it different now? Is it less durable than the old one? I would like to know.

Work as advertised and yes it truly is non stick, even with the hex grids. Very pleased with the purchase!

Pan arrived with 2 small white spots. Very small but I am worried it is a defect that with increase later on.

This pan is nothing to what is actually advertised as it discolors things stick it's just not what y'all say it is and it has nothing to do with the staining on the pan it's the fact that everything is sticking to the pan even though we are oiling it and everything before use

Greatest pan EVER!! Have bought several as gifts! Last pan you’ll ever have to buy! Worth every penny! Just remember to let it heat up a bit before adding food and it’s totally non-stick! Love love love!!!

Seems that after I seasoned the pan per the instructions I have ended up with a stain in the base of the pan that I can not remove - this mark seems to thus cause sticking. I have tried everything to clean it off with no result thus far.

The product works well for cooking meat but certain foods such as eggs do stick. Even after curing the pan, eggs were still sticking. Also, check Costco for better deals on these pans. Bought a 10” pan and lid for $180 plus tax and for just a little more Costco had a 7 piece set. Way better deal.

We all love this pan! I use old iron pans. I didn’t want to trade my “ griswald” cast iron for the awful unhealthy pans on the market! Sooo we tried this pan and it is also great healthy pan! It is so easy to use and doesn’t stick! YES!

I went from calphelon pans to Hexclad. The quality is unmatched. Best decision we ever made. Easy clean, non stick and even heating. I cannot be happier.
