Not for an induction cooktop. Does not heat up evenly, the center is bowed up and does not sit flat on the glass cooktop. HexClad has to re-engineer it so it lays flat on an induction cooktop. This is a replacement griddle. My first one did the same thing. I love the size though. It probably works better on a gas stove.

it got stained and there is no way to remove the stained that came up after cooking fish. Stained is not even above the burner.

Twice I ordered and both times the product was defective, so gave up. I will wait until I get it from Costco, so I have see it, before I buy it.

For Christmas I bought 3 double burner gill pans and 2 pans (all on sale). 2 grill pans were for 2 of our kids and 1 was for my husband. The 2 pans were for our 2 other 2 kids who I thought could use the pans more. Turns out that my daughter rather have the grill pan so we kept her pan even though we already own a full set and gave her the grill pan that was for my husband. All of our kids absolutely love, love , love them. My daughter keeps sending phots of the things she cook on the grill pan. Now my husband has been asking for one and they’re out of stock and probably won’t be on sale when they’re back in stock. Ugh

I was hesitant at first to make this purchase over the holidays but I’m so glad I did. I’ve made pancakes, tortillas (almost daily) and was to fit 4 ribeyes and 4 ny strips at once.

Not the “great quality” we excepted! After first use we have not been able to remove burnt on black grease marks and no matter how low the temperature is set, grease nasty marks won’t stop appearing!! And we also bought two other sets pots and pans, we’re having the same issue.. Too expensive for such poor quality!!

This thing is great! It’s massive!!! Definitely covers my whole side of the stove. I can cook an entire meal on here, whether it’s omelettes or eggs or pancakes in the morning to sandwiches at other meals. Cleanup is super easy with it. And it’s very easy to store. Another great Hexclad product that falls on the must have list! Now if I could just get a steamer basket/strainer for my 12 qt pot!!!

Like all hexclad it is nothing short of perfect. Both commercially end at home over two burners, makes the perfect pancakes and serve the entire griddle function. Five stars and absolutely recommend to anyone.!

I have written you with a video on the finish of this double griddle I purchased end of November and have not heard back with a resolution... I have not used yet... it was a xmas gift... so can you please advise the best way to exchange or ? I do own the pans set which I love, I also purchased the 6 piece pots set and one of the 3 had the same defect so I took those back to Costco as I had ordered them online from them. HELP!

Like most of the products. Exceeded my expectations. Nothing sticks to it. And Whatever. Dust to it is easily removable. I use it on both Burners have made pancakes and charred salsas

I absolutely love my new double burner griddle. It’s so versatile and love that I can make pancakes and sausages at the same time or heat up a few of tortillas too!! Time saver for sure!! I highly recommend this product.
