It was given as a gift and the 12" lid is dented when it was removed from the cardboard packing. Will request a new lid.

The upgrade of the metal warp around the edge makes the lid look high end and much more durable! I would suggest that the handle nuts can use screws to make it more secure. If they come off or lose. Hexclad can send couple new screws vs sending the whole lid. Minimize cost and provide a solution to the customer. Win win upgrade. Thanks for sending a new lid. Love you guys!

This was a replacement for a lid. Customer service was FANTASTIC!!! They had my replacement out to me and in my hands 2 days later. I have my set of Hexclad over a year now and the set has always performed the way it should. By far the best investment I made with kitchen!

Glad to get the lid for my skillet. I love Hexclad but after a little over a year our skillet is warping. We sent in a claim over 6 months ago and got no response. But still is the best cookware I’ve ever had. Just wish they backed up their warranty.
