This set is amazing. I have been a professional cook off and on in my 56 year lifetime in Texas steakhouses, Texas BBQ and Sicilian family restaurants. All the knives I have used during those years none close to quality of this set. You cut what you touch with great ease, little effort and as thin as you desire. Very happy with this purchase!
