Absolutely love this knife. It is lightweight, sharp, and fits in your hand nicely. I struggle to find a knife that I like. They are nice when you first use them, but then dull and don't work as well as they did. This knife has held up well, slices super thin if need be. The balance between the blade and the handle is very comfortable and fits well in your hand. I will be buying more of these knives.

I’ve had a host of knives throughout my life … I was hesitant because of the price. But .. at my age, I want to cook with the best .. and so I invested this knife. I am NOT disappointed at all. I was so impressed I bought one of the larger knives. They are my go to favorite knives! I am so impressed by the fit it my hand and the ease of use… I highly recommend these knives!!

My first utility knife for all my cutting, and carvings. I loved the packaging, the beauty of the knife and handle. Seeing it online does no justice.I Definitely fell inlove when I first used it to cut my chicken cutlets. The smoothness and perfect slices was a game changer for me.I am going to put all my coins together and get me the whole set. 🙌

Purchased the 5" pairing knife to check out the brand. It's a good knife. I have many knives including Global, Hinkle, Misen and others. The HexClad compares well, but I would not say better and the others. I also have Kyocera ceramic knives that I prefer for small work that I would routinely use a pairing knife to do. So while I am happy to have added the HexClad to the collection I don't think I will be replacing any of my current knives with new HexClad versions.
