I keep saying I’m a Henckels girl, but y’all are testing my loyalty. Every year I bone and roll a turkey for Christmas or the new year. I used the new utility knife this year, right out of the box. Gotta say, I have never done it as fast and as well as this year. Beautiful blade. Loving the saucier pan, too. I was considering ordering Fiskars from Finland ... but if the rest are as nice as the saucier ... perhaps not.

Very comfortable and balanced, 5.5” blade is a perfect all-rounder. Has a useful tactile tip, nice slight rocker in the blade, and good width for scooping. Great handle length. Perfect for veg. prep., fine work too. I went to a 6” chefs knife a few years ago, but this one feels even easier in older hands.. still solid enough to get things done. A very useful knife, perfect size. My second Misen knife, the quality and construction are there. And they stand behind their stuff. No worries.

This knife works exactly like a chef’s knife for me, good for smaller hands, and gives me more control while preparing food. Love this size!!! Blade is also extremely sharp, and functions wonderfully. A+++

It's lightweight but sturdy, holds it's edge well, and more than adequate for all but the largest cutting jobs. Not a day goes by that I don't reach for it. Cleanup is also quick and easy. Just hand wash, dry and put away. Boom!

I LOVE my Misen chef’s knife. I LOVE my Misen paring knife. But like that ex- you didn’t think you would fall hard for, the Utility Knife is the ninja that will creep up on you for cutting work that chef’a knife is too big for and a paring knife too small. Good knife, handy and practical size and very sharp factory edge. Handle a bit small for my hand, but workable and I will probably grow accustomed. Some sharpening and care instructions would be helpful for most folks. Considering ordering the chef's knife.

I have Zwilling , Wusthof, and shun plus Mac knives and For me not even close especially this utility knife . Perfect knife which has great balance, so sharp and learning how to do pinch grip with this knife ! Perfect for small hands like mine and I use it for everything other than butter squash or cut big since meat which I use misen 8inch knife . Just perfect know which i ordered multiple for me and for as gift . And what a great deal i am getting for this beautiful knife ! Thank you Misen !
