Never had a knife quite like this. My mom had some Cutco, but I could never afford those. These are comparable and make cutting ANYTHING so much easier. But be careful: they are SHARP! And keep band-aids on hand for the first few times you use them like your old dull knives.

Nice size. Sharp. Only complaint is it has a little discoloration on the blade after one washing. Hand washed and dried immediately.

Wonderful knife to add to my collection. Fits perfect within my hand, light weight, I love it! I am biased to the box it comes in, wiping it down and putting it back after each use. Wonderful buy.

It feels solid in your hand and is comfortable to use in each cutting style I use with a paring knife. Decently sharp and looks good too! I would say $30 is a bit steep for it unless you really love misen or use your paring knife for everything. I got mine half off and it's a steal at that price!

I love all Misen knives! They are really sharp. With a paring knife my fingers are closer to the blade so it takes a little getting used to in order to not cut myself.

I have a 4” paring knife from another manufacturer and I always have to “choke up” on the blade while peeling apples or slicing strawberries. This 3 1/2 inch blade is the perfect length. The handle is also weighted so it’s perfectly balanced in your hand.

Very sharp, handle is pretty ergonomic.
No 5 stars? It is a utility/paring knife. I don't think any of the many I've had took it to 5 stars and I don't know what that would even take.

I love this knife. I bought one a few years ago and it quickly became my go to knife for cutting potatoes. I somehow lost it . These knives went on sale so I bought two. Easy to handle, hold and cuts effortlessly.
