I specifically bought this knife to cut into my crusty sourdough bread and it works like a champ. I don’t have to saw the bread the knife just goes right straight down through to the bottom. Love it!

I have tried several knives, manual and electric, to slice my sourdough bread without maiming the bread loaf. This Misen serrated knife is the best I’ve found. Heavy duty and slices through the hard crust without destroying the soft middle. So glad I found this knife.

I recently got married and the wife really loves freshly baked bread and since I already had the Misen Chef's knife and Utility knife, it was only logical that I get the 8 inch Serrated Knife too. This knife is perfectly sized, very well balanced, and cuts through all the bread I had tossed at it so far with ease (sourdough, baguette, French country bread). The handle color is the same beautiful blue I have come to love. Thanks so much and bye bye regular sliced bread! (I will still sneak in a slice or 2 here and there...)

The motion feels nice and smooth, it’s as beautiful as misen’s other knives and the pincer grip works well for the delightful slicing of bread. I look forward to many future adventures with Sarah the serrated knife.

I have one and I have 4 other bread knives including Henkel, Chicago Cutlery, Cutco, and a Japanese knife (don’t know the brand but it’s my previous go to serrated knife). This Misen knife cuts through crusty loaves without crushing. Highly recommend.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I love this knife! I have wanted a good “bread” knife for a long time, as well as something that could cut through roasts, hams, turkeys - you get my point. This knife is phenomenal!

I have had a 6” serrated for a while now and have been using it on vegetables and small rolls and such. It has been a real go to kitchen tool for me. We started eating artisan style breads and we needed a bigger knife. What better knife to get than one similar to a good knife I already have. The 10” serrated knife has been a good investment in my edged kitchen tools and was well worth the expense.

I was having such a hard time with my old bread slicer getting straight, even slices when cutting through a loaf of bread. Since I like thin slices of bread, this became a real problem. The separated blades didn't catch the bread very well and I would often get uneven slices. Now I can cut nice, straight slices quickly, evenly like I was cutting through butter, as thin as I want them, with my new Misen bread knife.

Great knife. I have not used it a lot yet. But until now it is super. I look forward to experiencing it after some use. But it has no problem cutting the hardest bread like sourdough or like.

This knife is a perfect addition to my cutlery needs. It slices nicely through the toughest crust and allows me to cut uniform bread slices with precision and confidence. I am a fan of Misen and appreciate the quality of your products and the reasonable price points. It is unfortunate that your knife-sharpening vendor is holding you hostage and in doing so is giving your company a black eye that is outside your control.
