This is one of 3 books Kent and Shannon have put out. Truth be told, I'm not much of a cook, but I bought all 3 for the amusing anecdotes sprinkled throughout the recipes. There are a lot of pictures as well. It's a big, hardcover book that I highly recommend. The other 2 books can be found on his website.
