Delicious, has a good kick (not overpowering), and the hatch flavor really comes through! The wife grew up in Aztec NM and even she approves! Keep in mind the storage life is 7 days after opening. We polished off a jar in 2 sittings of carnitas tacos. 😁

Everything Kent says about em is true. They've got more and better flavor than the canned green chilies I've been using. Additionally, when you look at cost per ounce, the pint jar is a better deal. All in all, just a really premium product compared to the canned ones I've been using... very nice find I'm truly sold

My girlfriend and I think the Hatch is Amazing!! It's so good!! I eat it on everything, almost! Lol. We are eating beans and cornbread tonight. Love the Hatch green chilies, red and green chilies, and the Chutney--oh my, how yummy. I have never been a chili eater..I thought, oh no they're hot!! These have convinced me that they are absolutely doable!! ( confession .... I stick with the mild or mediums). Thanks for all the great products!!
