I’ve been taking this collagen since November 2023. I take it every morning along with my supplements as soon as I wake up. I have bald patch above my forehead as you can see on the first picture from October 2023. The other two pictures were taken today 1/27/24. I can see new hair growing on that area were I had a bald patch! I’ve also noticed that less hair falls after I shower and my nails feel stronger 😊 I’ve recommended this collagen to my family and friends because I truly see that it works!

I have been using the collagen natural for a couple of weeks so far. The product has shown effectiveness in my skin and nails. My nails are starting to harden a little bit, they were very brittle. My skin was breaking out and dry, and now the break out is doing down and my skin is retaining moisture easier. The smell of the vanilla is strong and very sweet, and the taste is sweet and creamy. I usually drink mine with water or mix it into my matcha; it blends easy and goes down great. I’m excited to continue trying it so I can see how much improvement I can gain from this.

I really like the taste and consistency of the salted caramel collagen. I’ve been taking an unflavored collagen for a while but this is so much more convenient because I can just add it to my coffee. I normally just drink my coffee black so I wasn’t sure if I’d like to add this but I do and it dissolves nicely and adds just a little thickness. I haven’t been taking long enough to notice a change yet but I am enjoying it. I also wouldn’t be hesitant to add it to a protein shake.
