This is consistently the best whey protein powder I’ve ever used. I’ve been using it consistently for about the past three months. I typically have two or three shakes a day to keep my protein intake wheee it needs to be. I always take an hour before my workout and within an hour after, because whey protein starts doing its job right away. It’s a fast absorbing protein compared to other protein sources, which I use as well. The vanilla milkshake is so amazing and versatile…it literally goes great with any fruit (I use frozen fruit). Since starting about 2 1/2 months ago, I’ve lost about 25 lbs and gained muscle mass. That’s not easily achieved, but Phormula one makes it possible. I’ve gone from 320 Lbs down to 293 as of yesterday. 250 is the GOAL!!

This powder tastes like a Butterfinger to me. It's more on the sweet side, which I LOVE. I will be purchasing this again next month. This does not make you feel bloated like a lot of other WHEY proteins can. I like to mix it with water and one cup of almond milk. Also, my cat loves the box haha.

It has everything I would want from a post workout protein. Let’s start with the rapid assimilation to get your body the protein it needs to start the rebuilding process. After that many may say this is more important, is the Taste. I would only drink my CTC Phormula 1 if I had the money too because the taste is so delicious just like the cereal milk after the cereal is gone. Lastly, it’s light on your stomach. With it dissolving in only 6oz of water and leaving your thirst and hunger feeling quenched not Bloated, I would say I found a post workout protein that is just right!

As soon as I opened the product . It was blocky . When I tried putting it into my milk it did notmix properly . It left small chunks of powder that did not melt into the milk.

First thing I wanna say is this powder is amazing and highly recommend it. It’s very smooth and honestly really really good. I don’t have to chug it to get it over with, I can just drink it. I got this after seeing someone and their family on tiktok using it and I’m so glad I bought it. I read too much about store bought stuff having lead in it and trying to find a good product since I just got back into working out a couple months ago. It’s a little pricey but…. You def get what you pay for here. Second. For a company to send an extra item for me to try AND to take the time to write a letter for their appreciation I very much respect and will ALWAYS support.
