The taste is horrible. I tried these because I travel a lot for work and needed individual packets for daily use. I was using Bare Performance Nutrition Greens for many years and they had individual packets, but then stopped offering them in their infinite wisdom. I now use Aaron Reeds Supernatural Lifestyle. Both BPN and Supernatural Lifestyle greens actually taste great. You can literally just eat the powder if you wanted. I have now tried Laird and now 1stPhorm because I need individual packets for travel and sadly, my hunt will continue because both Laird and 1stPhorm taste awful. As far as a greens supplement helping with gut and all the health related benefits, I’m sold on using these products as I have been for the last 10 years. It’s just sad that I can’t find a good tasting green in individual packets… my hunt continues…

I was recently in Mexico and had some food that did not agree with me. It stayed with me for about 10days until I was able to get Opti Greens in. Within 2 days of taking opti greens, my stomach felt so much better. By the 3rd day I was back to normal!

First and for most, I love the products that I have been purchasing so far!! I been struggling with bloating for the past couple of weeks and tried other products and no positive results. No even thinking, I thought to myself surely 1st Phorm must have something for my digestive issues. Read the reviews for the Oxi-Greens and was impressed and decided to give it a try. Honestly, within the first day or so I felt improvements. Within a week the bloating has definitely decreased and also o feel a lot better waking up in the mornings. Mind feels clearer and digestive system feels a lot better. I love this product and will continue to order more!

These greens are great. They blend well and they give me all the nutrients I'm lacking from not eating as many greens 🤣 They do seperate if I don't drink them right away, but im sure they all do. Be prepared - the flavor of them on their own is BAD, but I was prepared by the person that sold them to me initially to mix them with something (OJ, electrolytes, etc) and I don't even taste that. They blend so well, all I taste is the 1/2 electrolyte packet I mix them with 🤣 I've been drinking them daily for "regulation" for about 6 months and they work great. Highly recommend!

I add the salted Carmel collagen to my chocolate green every night. No bloat and longer stronger hair. I’ve also noticed stretch marks I’ve had for a long time fade away with adding the collagen. The greens have changed my life and I can’t imagine missing a day anymore.

Ordered the Opit Greens 50 under the advise of my advisor! Was worried they were gonna be horrible be actually they taste quite nice. The smell at first isn’t so great LOL but you get used to that in a day or 2 and then it is smooth sailing. Only been taking them a week and already notice less bloating as I suffer from IBS so they must be doing some good for my digestion! They also came with a lovely welcome message and that made my day!

I’ve been taking greens 50 for almost a year now. I was surprised and delighted at the digestion assistance and lack of feeling bloated. I also used to get extra bloated and horrible cramping (among other things) during my cycle, but after being constant with the greens I have noticed a significant ease of these things . Bloating is much less severe and less often. I do prefer the chocolate flavor and in oat milk!
