In June of '22 I broke my back. I was in a brace for a month and had to refrain from exercising for 4 months. After interviewing several PT's and trainers, I found a trainer that would work one-on-one with me, strengthen my body and coaching me on nutrition. The first thing she had me do is buy Phormula-1. Not only do I despise the taste of protein but I hate the texture of most Natural protein powders. For once this isn’t the case. The chocolate is money for me. Phormula-1, Ignition and Creatine has been my post work out go to that has helped me stay consistently pushing myself at the gym 5 days a week for over 6 months now. It has helped my recovery and protein intake to speed up my recovery helping me to stay consistently showing up and improving my body comp. I bought it for the first time last month and I just loved it. It dissolves in cold or warm water without problem. I also add it to my breakfast yogurt which is a great combination to have a 40 grams protein breakfast. I got the vanilla flavor, I liked it, and I'm considering to try a new flavor next time, just to try something different, but I forgot to change it before it was sent as a renewal. I will try it for next month :) For sure I will keep it for my everyday healthy meals routine.
