This is the best BCAAs I’ve tasted thus far and although I haven’t had that much experience with them it far exceeds my expectations. It has given me that extra boost during my workout sessions and I don’t really feel bloated or gassy. It mixes well with water and the taste is amazing. It’s a bit on the sweet side compared to the last bcaas I used but I just add more water to dilute it and the amazing taste is still there even after I add more water. Thanks to @staceyervinjr for the introduction to 1st Phorm on his IG.

I had my doubts with this one, but every single one was false! I love it! I find myself wanting it more each workout! I know this is often advertised for lifters, which I lift 5x a week and see a difference, but I’m also a runner and have found loads of benefits of these BCAAs during my long runs. In fact, my last 5k was my fastest time in which I ran 7 min and 23 second miles. Yes I have been training, but the only difference between this 5k and my last was the addition of BCAAs and creatine from 1st phorm! Love them! And will always be apart of my daily routine!

I ordered the BCAAs strawberry lemonade, as it was recommended to me. I was informed that the flavor is amazing and is one of the best that they had had. When I received it, I immediately sampled it as I was excited to see what it tasted like. I was extremely happy and agreed with the recommendation and highly recommend the strawberry lemonade.

I think this product is good, I tastes yummy I like to add a serving to 32 oz of water and it still tastes yummy! I feel much less sore after my 90 min workouts now! Big improvement on recovery!!

When I first purchased this product I was unsure of it since was new to me. Now that I have been using it I really like it. The value is on point and it works as it should; actually better than I expected. The lemonade flavor is on point as well. The only downfall, in my opinion, is it is a little too sweet for me. I will be trying some of the other flavors as well. I definitely will recommend this brand to my gym buddies and to any of you looking for something new/different from what you use now or to whom are just starting out.
