I’ve been taking this product for a couple of months now. What I like about it the convenience of having all my vitamins in one pack easy for on the go or right at home use. I have been taking these vitamins for 2 weeks now and they are much better than others I have tried in the past. I always take with a meal and split them up between 2 meals and they do not make me nauseous. I highly recommend them if you want to get your vitamins and feel good afterwards.
