I contacted customer service about needing to update my mailing address for an automatic order, but they waited three days to respond. By that time the order had been processed and given to the shipping carrier, and customer service said they could no longer update the shipping address and they would not refund me for the package. Had they not waited three days, the issue could have been easily resolved, but I had to pay for a package I did not receive, and they were unwilling to assist me. Will not be ordering from this company again in the future.

The matcha latte powder tastes great and is really convenient. I mix it in a shaker cup with cold water and milk so it gets nice and frothy. It also came super fast� literally a day after I ordered it. I�ll be ordering all my matcha from Jade Leaf.
