I like the versatility of this powder. I’ve had it on its own with hot water in the evening, added to tea for extra flavor, and mixed with cold water.

I think you can use this at anytime in the day, but I wanted to try using it in my tea at night as part of my wind-down routine and it worked amazingly. Usually I can only sleep well when I've done a strenuous workout, but I take this every night and even on my rest days I'm just in the happiest, sleepiest mood until I fall asleep. I've never experienced something that doesn't make me feel drowsy but actually helps my body and mind feel relaxed - until this product. I'm definitely a lifetime subscriber for this one. For context, I've become really interested in mushroom supplements but I bought a mixture from a different company and the powder made me so dizzy that I felt like I was on drugs (not ideal). I was so excited that Laird Superfood decided to make mushroom powders, and this mushroom powder has changed my entire evening routine in the best way. No dizziness, no drowsiness, just a mellow feeling like I've spent all day hiking (even when I haven't).
