I ordered the 100 packets, expecting the best by date to be at least a year (that was what the customer rep told me), but it was only 6 months. I reached to customer service and they resolved the issue. Other than the date issue, good product and customer service. Would buy again (maybe not the 100 packets though).

I found out that I like matcha by trying it at a coffee shop and wanted to be able to have it at home, and found Jade Leaf through positive reviews online. I was not let down!! It tastes just as good as the stuff I overpay for at the coffee shop, and I really like the options for how much I want to buy. Now that I’ve tried it, I gotta do a subscription so I can have it all the time!!! Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been drinking this brand consistently- and between the containers, sticks, and smaller sizes over purchases in store I find an inconsistency in product. Items are no longer shipping direct from Jade Leaf but now ship through Amazon shipping. They split my two items into two shipments. Only one made it to me and when I reached out to consumer service they were insisting I ask my neighbors if they had it received it in a delivery mix up. They didn’t receive a photo of delivery from Amazon - delayed my order, and then asked me to look around for it. Finally agreed to resend the order such a hassle

I typically purchase the 100 serving jar, but it's been sold out a while and in a pinch I bought the 100 serving sticks. Same great matcha, perfect as always. I used all of the sticks to refill my canister 😂. Love love love this brand of matcha! I straight up refuse to try any other!

Go big or go home!! I drink my matcha latta every morning. It is delicious. I am a subscriber and a total fan. It is creamy, dreamy and delicious . I mean out of stock often means winner winner does it not. Thats why you subscribe and save, so you are never without your Jade leaf.

This is the best matcha latte I’ve ever gotten. Love it so much with oat milk and a little bit of vanilla syrup. It’s not too sweet compared to going other places like Starbucks for matcha latte. Will continue to buy this over and over again.

The only reason I'd give this a 4 star is because, 1 packed is not enough for 1 drink. I love a stronger taste of matcha so I use 2 packets for 1 drink but, it does taste delicious either way.

I have tried many matcha recipes and love the matcha latte cafe from Jade Leaf! It is just as good as the franchised matcha lattes that sell for $7.00+! Worth it!
