I just started using this so I am not sure how effective it will be yet. It’s really easy to mix in with my water, I love the taste. It comes in a nice container to keep the individual packets stored in. There is no specification on how many packets you should or should not have in the day. I just decided with taking one packet each day. It has things like ginger and magnesium which for some of us a hard to take for one reason or the other. Hoping with the different nutrients in this it is going to help get me back on track. I will get this again just for the flavor, anything beneficial that happens is a bonus.

LeeFar Cutting Mix tastes wonderful! I got the Strawberry Açaí flavor and it really helps with my water intake. I do also notice that it does help curb my appetite. I also ordered the drops! Totally recommend. The packaging is so cute and so easy to open.

Taste: It was really good and again it didn’t really taste like cotton candy it tasted more blue raspberry than cotton candy but it was kinda sour which is perfect for me
