I just started using this so I am not sure how effective it will be yet. It’s really easy to mix in with my water, I love the taste. It comes in a nice container to keep the individual packets stored in. There is no specification on how many packets you should or should not have in the day. I just decided with taking one packet each day. It has things like ginger and magnesium which for some of us a hard to take for one reason or the other. Hoping with the different nutrients in this it is going to help get me back on track. I will get this again just for the flavor, anything beneficial that happens is a bonus.

Candy taste AMAZING! Along with my sour cotton candy gummies I bought the sour apple freeze dried crush candy to dip it in and received a bag of blue raspberry dipping powder! All three are AMAZING! Truly I am happy and so is my daughter thank you! Came in fast timing as well!!!
