Cannot get it to work consistently. Out if the box with new batteries, it rarely functions. Sometimes will not turn on at all, sometimes will turn on but the power cuts in and out.

This is a good product and mixes matcha well, but it splashes out too much. I have to hold my had over the bowl to keep it from splashing me and the counter. After mixing my hand has a generous coating of matcha. A previous one that this one replaced (same frother from Jade Leaf) didn’t do that.

I've used handheld electric whisk in the past and this is defintley on the better ends of the ones I've used. The grip is pleasant overall. The whisk is strong and secure and does a beautiful job. I think if there were to be a newer version would recommend making an easier way to store it like if there was a capsule. It would also be cool if it was rechargeable or redesign the battery part, I put the batteries in wrong at first and thought it was going to break when I tried to get the battery out. But all in all I am very happy with this whisk! Highly recommend.

I bought this around a year or so ago. It worked well for a few months, but as the battery begins to die so does the speed. I just changed the batteries, and the speed is weak. It wouldn't mix the milk and matcha so I had to do it manually. Personally, the fact that the button needs to be held down is also annoying, but if it had maintained it's original speed, I could have lived with that. Waste of money, I don't like that it is battery operated either. I'd rather have something to plug: it's more reliable and no having to dump batteries. I wouldn't recommend this product.
