HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Arrived over a week late. Doesn't heat up. Temperature gauge shows heating, but it never heated. Steam button didn't work. So basically it was useless. Item arrived repackaged with tape. Interior tray was cracked. Box was slightly mishapen, retaped, label directly on the box.

You can use as an iron or steamer and it works great both ways. You will need to keep refilling the reservoir with water when doing large amounts of clothes. I love mine
