I struggled a little when setting up the physical machine. I finally got it. Our 2 cats were hesitant at first but they used it. I love it. My only thing is my cat has removed the liner and the tray. I backed the machine in the wall and put a weight infront of the tray.

The sphere dislodges the cover (top arch) as it rotates, causing it to stop operation. Every. Single. Time. Litter also leaks around the litter saver = clean litter pours into the waste bin. Customer service didn’t know why or how to fix. Refused to refund and want me to pay to ship it back!!!!!!!!!

I love love this automatic cat litter box. Finnaly in my budget and works for my 3 cat. For large cats its a big room inside to roam around. And very big then other once. Also the trash bin case is very good. This made my life a breeze. I am not paid to review this i just highly appreciated

I love it it doesn’t leave a smell after self cleaning, it also tells you how many times your cat went potty and if it needs more litter.My cats love it already!

I am unable to put this together because the litter saver number one does not fit in The Ridge at the bottom and the other problem is it's too long, so I can't even hook the two pieces together. I can send the whole litter box back for a refund to get a new one or send me a new litter saver tray.

Warcat makes a great litterbox! This model is missing a couple of key features, air freshener & step up. Initial setup was incredibly HARD! The clips were difficult to engage and alignment was extremely challenging. After 3 full assemblies it became easier. The deeper waste bin was the attraction.

I waited a little to write a review just in case but this was such a great purchase! It was fairly easy to setup. I introduced the litter box to my adult cat and she was sort of confused and held her pee the first day lol. She got used to it the second day and uses it a TONNN. I love this

I had a fantastic shopping experience with this self cleaning litter box. The delivery was fast, and the product arrived in perfect condition. I set it up the same day as I received it, to my surprise, my cat adapted to it right away and started using it. I no longer have to scoop litter manually. it’s clean, hygienic, saved me so much time and effort. wish I had bought it sooner. Totally worth it! 😆

Comes in about 20 pieces, the pieces were warped and didn’t fit together at all. We spent over 2 hours trying to make it work… the video link provided is not the same robot you have. Be aware that if you return this piece of junk you will be on the hook to pay to ship it back.

First, I didn't get my package and Then the one I received was broken. Now I have to pay for the return! I don't recommend buying this one. There's a little Piece of plastic if it breaks off you're screwed. I'm gonna try the other one that has a little bit of better reviews will let know!

I’m not really satisfied with this litter box as the cleaning cycle doesn’t do a good job all the small clumps of poop or pee comes right back inside with the clean litter the filtering part holes are too big needs to be smaller to just collect litter not clumps

Spent almost $200 just to use duck tape to keep it from falling apart while putting it together. Instructions were difficult to follow. The video used a different model. My husband and I almost broke it several times just trying to get the dome assembled.

This is one of the best purchases I’ve made for my cat. The design is super sleek and modern, and my cat got used to it right away.
