The dog crate as soon as I gotten it I started putting it together it wasn’t hard at all but I had a problem with the bottom floor of it the screws wasn’t matching up with the holes to the bottom poles n the wood started breaking I have pictures of the pieces of wood where broken

opened the box stated to put it together and all the parts were damaged, and then when I screwed the screws in and flipped it on the side to start with the next piece the rivets in the wood pulled straight out because it’s cheap shitty pressed particle board! Most of the pre cut holes don’t line up

I am so excited that this war cat dog crate arrived in great time just before my puppy came. We had no trouble during assembly and it stays in between my chair and my couch, so my puppy knows we’re here during the day. Four of the holes to screw screws into were not drilled!! They likely forgot to drill the holes!!! I had to use zip ties to close it somewhat. I cannot return this heavy box, so I used zip ties. It looks hideous! I will never order from this Seller!!

If I could give this a negative amount of stars I would. Brackets/anchors that came installed fall right out of wood piece and poles are at least 4 inches too short. Plus it was delivered days late. STAY AWAY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Very cute but they sent us the wrong rods for the bottom to hold the “floor” in place. It does work without it but it’s a pain when we have to move it around.
