It came packaged very well. It was easy to assemble. Easy to add litter. The cats took right to it. They like it more than the last automated litter box. It works great. I'm sorry I waited so long to get it.

Yes it is a short handle and Im 5 ft but it’s easy fix! And a cheap one. I had a dollar tree broom laying around that I wasn’t using, and I twist it onto the handle that connects to the scooper and now it’s almost taller than me and it works just fine! I rather do that then go drive and return it.

Holy Cow!!! I used this on an old mattress that had stains ALL over it from my dog and my daughter. I really didn’t have high hopes, as I didn’t have access to my carpet cleaner, so I did this all by hand, but boy did it exceed my expectations! Can’t wait to hit it with my carpet cleaner!
