I have been wanting to get a self cleaning box for months.I am LOVING this one!Set it up, plugged it in, added new litter. My cat walked right in and used it.She’s diabetic, there for drinks a lot of water and urinates a lot!It’s been 3 days now.No issues and still don’t need to change the bag yet!

Set up fairly easy, paired to my phone just fine. Happy with the product but it sometimes isn’t weighing cats properly and it irks my OCD some lol. I think this is from them looking in but not actually going. It thought one of my cats was sleeping even 😂 big guy 16 pds still nervous about it

Everything was good but it requires a signature so it took forever to get. I hope my bigger cat likes it and fits comfortably i have not seen her use it yet but my youger cat got in it as soon as it was set up! Also i got a email saying the litter liners would come separately.

The litter box is amazing. The part where the nasty litter goes, you can’t smell it. It immediately cleans the litter when the cat gets out, the app is nice as well. HOWEVER, you have to be 21 to sign for the package, I am not 21, so actually getting my package was an absolute nightmare..

So I got this & I like it alot but I had to do some re-engineering with the entrance. My cats was knocking the litter over the lip of the entrance. So I built it up taller. Also my older cat was peeing outside the lip as well. She was inside but still peeing to close to the entrance.

Awesome product. It saves time on cleaning and saves you money on litter. The set up was super easy to assemble, even came with instructions step by step, air freshener, and bag liners for the litter, and a memory foam litter mat. My two cats both used this thing as soon it was set up. Buy it!

I did end up returning the item do to odor control. But the meowant team is super motivated toward getting their customers happy and working on improvments, they helped me and issued my refund with no problems which is a problem i have had troubke with, with some other companies now adays !

This product is amazing I have 3 cats & got tired of cleaning there 3 boxes every day so I decided to try this and I love it! My cats took to it pretty quick!! The only thing I wish I could change is when the cleaning cycle starts & my cat walks past it stops cleaning but that’s it! I love it!!!!!!!

I waited a long time to buy an automatic litter box. I could not be happier!! I paid 232.00 and received the unit, 2 boxes of bags and 3 deodorizers. My cats took it without a problem, thank God! Set up was easy but I still can’t figure out how to program it for each specific cat. Defin recommend!

Phenomenal product and phenomenal team! When I got my litter box the gear on the back was broken- within two days they sent me a new one no questions asked!!! My cats love it and I loveeee not smelling anything. I clean it out once a week and that’s perfect for me.

I put the old litter box in front of the new one because my cat has a cone on her head so I thought it’d be easier to use the old one, but she went right around it and went into the new one.it silently cleaned her potty & weighed her and how long she was in there for. Love it so far!

It worked perfectly the first week. Now everytime I turn around it has an error about the drum being stuck. It never fixes unless I unplug it and set it up again.

Horrible. The litter box arrived incredibly damaged to the point it would not work. The entire back panel was smashed and the latch that keeps the waste drawer closed was broken as well. The entire thing is ill-fitting plastic that is cheap.The parts that weren’t broken barely fit together with gaps
