DO NOT BUY! I bought this less than a month ago and it is malfunctioning and unusable. Wont rotate back to the clean little portion and I cant return it because it has cat littler inside..they will not refund me without a return so I am screwed out of that money. So sad 😞

Super fast shipping. Awesome so far. The kittens will eventually learn to leave it alone when it is running. lol The only reason not 5 stars is it doesn’t have its own app. You have to download a third party app to use it online.

I was disappointed! It was great for the first 24-48 hours, but after that it went down hill. It stinks up my apartment, literally gets everywhere, it doesn’t stop when my cats (I have 3) go near it, it’s just been more of a headache than a regular litter box. I’m trying to return/refund it now

Waste of money. I've had this for over a month now. It doesn't help with smell no matter what litter and deodorizer that helps. And it keeps getting stuck mid clean cycle. Hides the little from my cat and then never sets back I'm over it. Waste waste waste!!

This thing is a GAME CHANGER. I have 4 cats. So i have had 4 manual litter boxes throughout my house for 3 years. Thise just got too much to handle. I wanted to try oneof these after hearing the hype. Im OBSESSED with this thing thus far. Compact, super easy to put together and easy directions!

Very quick shipping, added too much litter at first but I know my cats & I will get the hang of it. Putting it together and hooking it up was the easy part, gotta download the app and connect it to your wifi to get it to work automatically. Will come in handy while i’m on vacation. Very excited.

I’m trying to contact support, but there are multiple misleading things that were disappointing. It says it lasts for 10 days, but the paper it comes with says the bag needs to be changed half that time for ONE cat. It is NOT good for multiple cats because I have two and it only tracks one

Absolutely love this litter box. The safety features are amazing and its works really well. The odor control is great as long as you use a good litter. Easy to clean although putting the orange grate back on took me a second to figure out. Love the app features and how easy the box is to control from it. So far I really like it and feel like its very safe for my two kitties.

The litter box was quick and easy to put together, connecting to the ap took a little longer and there isn't a guide for what all the icons do. The app shows the same weight for each cat which is less than half my smallest one. Noise isn't too loud, seems to contain smell. Cats still adjusting.

I am obsessed w this robot cat box. I have 4 cats. And was about to lose my mind scooping the box. Mind you i have only had it one day. But so far, it’s amazing: and the app is actually quite hilarious bc it tells you how long they use the bathroom, how much they weigh etc. i got it on Black Friday

Absolutely amazing! I invested in one these hoping it would work. And wow I even caught on camera right after I put it together my cat peed in it and once it started cleaning she was in disbelief and looked inside and it immediately paused. Only thing i wish the app had my features but works.
