Had this litter box for about 5 days now. Love no longer scooping the box BUT now I spend all day sweeping litter after every use. Wish it was deeper or higher in the front. More litter gets flung out of the box than what stays in. Other than that, I love the app & the idea of self cleaning. I have 4 cats so I was hoping this would be a game changer & order a 2nd one, but instead I traded one problem for another & think I am returning it. I rather scoop clumps than have loose litter all over the floors. Debating on trying their other style or trying to find a deeper higher open top

Came with a big crack in the inside part. Had to put it right back in the box and return it which was sad cause we waited for it. I messaged the shipper about the issue and never got any response, only automated ones. Just go to Amazon and purchase one.

I have a 7 year old rescue that they had no information on about what his old life was like and he IMMEDIATELY took to it! He was a little skeptical about it moving as it does make a small noise when it cleans but he absolutely loves it and kept looking like “where’d my pee go?” 😆

Shipping was crazy quick, but rust and someone else’s hair wasn’t listed as included. After a couple days use, we’re having to change the bin once or twice a day bc it’s just dumping clean litter into the bin and I have no idea why. Pet likability: 10/10

This self cleaning automatic litter box is a solid choice for us to take a lot of the daily hassle out of maintaining a clean litter box. The automatic self-cleaning function is amazing, it reliably cycles shortly after my cat uses it, keeping the litter fresh without constant scooping. The app control adds a nice layer of convenience, being able to monitor usage, cleaning cycles, and even get notifications from my phone, making it much easier to monitor my cat and his toilet habits. Nice design, highly recommend it!

Litter is at the minimum line but my best guess is it's still too heavy in the sifting compartment since the gears can't complete the return rotation after dumping. I have to manually release it twice a day. NOT looking forward to the hassle of cleaning, disassembleing, and repacking for return.

Don’t waste your money. The sensors stopped working after a month and when I contacted them about it they wouldn’t refund or send a replacement. They asked for videos to see what was happening so I sent it with a ss of the app and was told not enough evidence. They have warranty but don’t honor it.

Alright look I ain’t gonna lie, this thing does not deserve all the hype. Is it better than a traditional litter box… yes. HOWEVER - 💩 smears all over it after only 1 day of use. Also, I cannot get it to self clean, I have to use the app or press the button for it to cycle. There’s better out there

The only good thing is that it cleans itself, but the smell of urine is unbearable because it doesn't have a lid, and when it's cleaned, poop sticks to it and it looks unpleasant because it doesn't have a lid.

After HOURS of trying to get this to work, and trying to contact the seller for support, it is finally working. EXTREMLY finicky! The seller is of NO HELP at all when it comes to helping fix a problem. Their solution is to just give a refund, but thre reason needs to be "no longer needed".

Something is wrong with it. It just keeps stopping and saying anti gravity pinch triggered. I’ve tried everything. Taking it apart. It just gets stuck upside down whenever it tries to clean. * Update the machine started doing 360 spins. Seller asked me to lie about why they were refunding. Reported.

Edit: it wasn’t my cats refusing to use it, it’s that they literally couldn’t, this thing is not working. I keep getting anti pinch trigger notifications ALL day. My cats can only use 2 or 3 times a day because it gets stuck in the empty position after one use.
