Had this litter box for about 5 days now. Love no longer scooping the box BUT now I spend all day sweeping litter after every use. Wish it was deeper or higher in the front. More litter gets flung out of the box than what stays in. Other than that, I love the app & the idea of self cleaning. I have 4 cats so I was hoping this would be a game changer & order a 2nd one, but instead I traded one problem for another & think I am returning it. I rather scoop clumps than have loose litter all over the floors. Debating on trying their other style or trying to find a deeper higher open top

Shipping was crazy quick, but rust and someone else’s hair wasn’t listed as included. After a couple days use, we’re having to change the bin once or twice a day bc it’s just dumping clean litter into the bin and I have no idea why. Pet likability: 10/10

Don’t waste your money. The sensors stopped working after a month and when I contacted them about it they wouldn’t refund or send a replacement. They asked for videos to see what was happening so I sent it with a ss of the app and was told not enough evidence. They have warranty but don’t honor it.

Alright look I ain’t gonna lie, this thing does not deserve all the hype. Is it better than a traditional litter box… yes. HOWEVER - 💩 smears all over it after only 1 day of use. Also, I cannot get it to self clean, I have to use the app or press the button for it to cycle. There’s better out there

After HOURS of trying to get this to work, and trying to contact the seller for support, it is finally working. EXTREMLY finicky! The seller is of NO HELP at all when it comes to helping fix a problem. Their solution is to just give a refund, but thre reason needs to be "no longer needed".

It was better than I thought. The frame is real with a cardboard back and sides. Obviously the cats approved. Super fun great idea. Assembly: Super easy to put together.

I ordered another one for the cat who hangs out in my room. It needs a hard surface to detect the cats weight. If that is not an option put a storage lid, kennel tray, or wood under it. Otherwise you will have to tell it to clean through the app or using the button on the front.

Great! easy set up, my cat used it as soon as I first showed him it. he’s a pretty big boy, but suprisingly he fit :) the only con is that they jump to get out which causes tracking. other than that, I could barely hear it at night.

THIS THING IS NOT IDIOT PROOF. I had so many problems with this thing I got it set up with the app pretty easy, but it would skid the gears and it wouldn’t go automatically. I figured out later on that it’s very sensitive and needs to be on hardwood floors. Now it works and is amazing

It was easy to set up and my one kitten started using it immediately. It worked as advertised, when he got into the machine during operation, it stopped and waited for him to leave. I couldn't be happier. Now just need the older cats to understand what is for.
